After reviewing your account, I see that the reason you hadn't received your March shipment is because the shipping address that was on file couldn't be verified for a shipment to be processed....

I do see that this issue has since adjusted, so your April shipment was shipped and will deliver by April [redacted] to the address on file.I also see that Tina, one of our support specialists, has been in contact with you in effort to resolve all of the problems you've faced with your March shipment, and she has arranged for a replacement to be sent out for you this week.If there is anything else that we can do to help, please let us know.Thank you so much!

The charge was located under the address that you provided to us.I am so sorry that we couldn't do more to help. Unfortunately, because the shipment had been...

shipped and delivered to the billing address that you provided, we were unable to offer a refund and instead advised that you notify your card-issuer of fraudulent activity so that they can initiate a charge investigation and prevent future fraudulent transactions made to your account.As a one-time courtesy, I have issued a full refund of $14.95 USD for the charge that you incurred on March [redacted] and the account has already been cancelled for you. I do see that you had contacted us to skip Palette edition no. 01, and this was taken care of for you on March [redacted] (see attached e-mail). A full refund of $29.95 USD was issued which you incurred during our recurring billing...

since you opted out of this palette.Please note that because you had initially requested to skip, that is what was done for you, but your subscription is still active to resume in May for the next palette. Of course, if you only wish to cancel, just let us know and we'll honor that for you (as noted in the attached e-mail). We haven't heard back to that e-mail, so a cancellation has not yet been processed.If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. We are here and happy to help.

How can you not have my email address when it was the one I used to purchase the gift for my boyfriend in the first place??  And you have my credit card info with my name on it and you say you don't know who I am??  All I asked for was a phone number so I could speak to someone live about this issue!  You're a business and there's not a single person in this day and age at your office that doesn't have a cell phone?  There's no phone number associated with your business?  Only email??  I've dealt with just about every major and minor fragrance retailers online and they ALL have contact phone numbers.  Yours doesn't and that's shady.  I bought this gift in March and my boyfriend's first scent was supposed to be delivered in April which was on his personal page and then out of nowhere it disappeared .. and then reappeared with a May delivery date.  I wish I did my research before dealing with you because the vast majority of reviews for your business are horrible.. and I can see why.  As per your statement in response to this matter, yes, I would like to cancel my subscription which is a matter I've already taken up with my credit card company.  I no longer want anything to do with Scentbird now or ever again.

A refund in the amount paid has been issued to [redacted]. He will still receive a shipment from us, as it has already been processed. First-time subscription orders are processed very quickly which is the reason that we do not issue refunds. This information is noted in our policies, which [redacted]...

was made aware of. The subscription was canceled as of 9/**/17 and the refund was processed 9/**/17. [redacted] has been made aware that he will still receive a shipment, which we have asked he accept as a gift. The issue is resolved.

Hi [redacted],The first palette you will receive depends entirely on when you subscribe and what our "most" current palette is. Since you subscribed on January [redacted], the first palette you received was Edition no. 0 which was the default for January-February. I will attach a screenshot of where this is...

noted in our FAQ for clarification.In order to guarantee that each and every limited edition palette received is brand new and never before used, we follow a no-exchange policy. In effort to be respectful of customer expectations, we do disclose this on our website.However, since you were not happy with the palette you received, I see that a full refund of $29.95 USD was issued for you as a one-time courtesy on March [redacted] to make things right and we did not require that you return the palette.We're very sorry for any disappointment that this situation may have caused and hope that we were able to get things sorted out for you.
