Ms. [redacted] was cancelled on or about 10/31/2017.  She then contacted Scentsy that she was unable to run her business and Scentsy reinstated her on or about 11/10/2017.  This was the second time Ms. [redacted]'s account had been reinstated;  the first time being back on 4/14/2017.  The next time she is eligible for reinstatement will be in March 2018.Best Regards,Nancy M[redacted]Legal Assistant | Scentsy, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:I returned my consultant case back and called 4 times. Gave them tracking number and they validated that they did receive it back. Gave me a bunch of mumble jumble and never sent my 114$ back. I then contacted my consulting supervisor and she tried to call and help me and she got no where. So then I said. Ok. Forget it. Just send my case back to me and I will use the $114 worth of product. Please please help me this has been going on since January. Please.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they don't give receipts. I can send pictures of conversations with the rep, Chearie S[redacted] and I can give them a photo of the order she put in as well as an email from their own employee, Jamie H[redacted] admiting that they owe me the bear, but I was not sent a receiptSincerely,[redacted]

This claim originated in May of 2015.  Since that time we have not been contacted by [redacted] or the consultant.  The consultant who has [redacted]' damaged warmer is sending it back to the company and we will in turn be sending [redacted] a new warmer.

She was given the option of returning the order to us as her account has since been cancelled for not meeting our activity requirements.  We did also let her know how she could request to have her account turned back on as well if she wishes to continue as a Consultant.Thank you,[redacted]...

Scentsy does have a Lefetime warranty if the product has a manufacturer's defect.  Scentsy had requested the damaged warmer back in May of 2015 and has never received it.  This is the responsibility of the consumer to return the product.  We will in good faith send a replacement warmer.

Ms. [redacted] has already received commissions of $8 in which she transferred to her checking account.  A refund of the $10 for PSW dues will also be refunded.  As for her reinstatement, it is Scentsy's policy that once a consultant is cancelled due to inactivity they may request to be...

reinstated after a waiting period of 90 days.  The consultant was sent an email on January 7, 2017 in which this was all explained to her.

The customer's missing order was delivered to her on 7/27/2016.  We will assume this incident has been taken care of, and we apologize to the customer.

generated reply as proof. It's has taken two addrional phone calls where I've been told the compliance department does not answer phone calls. My final call to them yesterday (8/16) I told the customer service rep I was planning to take further action i.e. Revdex.com social media and possibly court. Due to their lack of even keeping their own policy of responding within 5 to 7 business days. I was told yesterday to please be patient they have my case. I would've never known that had I not called back again. After I posted this complaint late last night I received an email from a compliance rep saying she just got my case?! And asked for some of my evidence. 
I have sent it to her but again so far have not received any word on what happens now or when I see my refund. I am NOT optimistic that I will get follow up again without multiple phone calls from me to customer service. Almost three business weeks to even respond to a customer who has been ripped off and only after my phone calls and complaint here. I have zero confidence that this issue will be resolved by them. I want to leave this complaint open until they make it right. I also find it ridiculous that you cannot speak to anyone in compliance by phone. Sincerely,[redacted]

As we previously stated, this purchase does not appear to be in form with Scentsy Business practices for the following reasons: 1.  Scentsy does not sell over [redacted].2.  Consultant are prohibited to sell over [redacted].3.  The screen shots that were attached appear to involve a "trade" involving "jeans", a "jar" and apparently a "Pink Zebra" product, which is not a transaction authorized by Scentsy.In summary, the transaction that is the subject of this Revdex.com dispute did not involve Scentsy, was not endorsed by Scentsy, was not approved by Scentsy, and should be resolved between the complainant and the person she transacted with.Best Regards,Nancy M[redacted]Legal Assistant | Scentsy, Inc.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference t[redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Yes, I used TWO fresheners prior to knowing the damage that they caused and I was unaware of the warning until the damage happened. The legal team was UNABLE to answer the following question: If this freshener causes this much damage to the inside of a car, what kind of damage is it causing to us humans by breathing it in and touching it with our hands!!  I was also told by the legal team to hang these items from my rear view mirror.. In the state of Maryland, where I live, it's illegal to hang ANYTHING from your rear view mirror and I do know other states that have the same law!  If you "google" these car fresheners, you'll see a lot more complaints regarding the damage that these have caused people since they have been released to the public.  I have used many other car fresheners in my car and always have hung them in the same place, and NO other brand has caused any damage to my car. There is something MORE serious going on here with the product they are selling!  Further testing and further warnings should be issued on this product!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have EMAILS (electronic documents) which state I have had correspondence with [redacted] on 10/21/2015, 10/29/2015, 3/7/2016.Would you like the screen shots???On 3/8/2016 I submitted a Revdex.com complaint. 10 days and counting. No new warmer. No credit. No customer service call or email. NOTHING.
