I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To whom it may concern,In the response from the business they acknowledge that the warmer is damaged.  The bulb shattered from what appeared to be excess heat (I have photos of the broken bulb).  I did not deem it appropriate to send the broken glass in the mail, however I did offer up the photo of the broken bulb.  the frustrating thing now is the business has my warmer and now I cannot get it back, forcing me to have to buy their product again instead of just buying a replacement bulb.  To resolve this matter, please quote me a new bulb installed into my existing warmer.  Assuming that the price is reasonable I will pay for the bulb in order to get my warmer back.  I hope this can solve this matter.     [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Scentsy shipped me out a product that had a "known issue", had faulty wiring and when I turned the switch on it burned my fingers from the electrical explosion.  I have previously submitted photos of both my fingers, the product, and the messages showing it was a known issue.  Obviously if I had known Scentsy is the type of company that knowingly ships out faulty products that can cause injury I would never have paid the sign up kit fee to sell the products. Hence I continue to require a refund of the Gold Crush Warmer as well as a refund of the Starter Kit I purchased.  When this is agreed upon, I am happy to ship back the faulty product that burned me, along with all extra papers/catalogues/the Tilia warmer or anything else I didn't throw out from the starter kit.

I am reaching out to the customer.  We will send out an email letting her know how she can return the night light and receive either a replacement warmer or her money back.

This is very unfortunate.  Scentsy followed polices and procedures and the customer has received the product and if she has any other issues she will need to contact her consultant.  There is nothing more at this point that Scentsy can do for her unless she would like to return the product to Scentsy.

As per Scnetsy's Policies and Procedures, we can only refund the money if and when the consultant returns all of her/his started kit back to Scentsy with everything unused and resalable.  Ms. [redacted] was made aware of this in more than one email.  Once we receive her started kit back, she...

Agents from Scentsy have contacted the customer and have offered to replace the product she states is bad.  Please know that we do have a reasonable window when products can be returned.

This is incorrect they did not try to resolve the issue at all I am being told nothing can be done, which of course would make me unhappy its poor customer service.  As for repeated contact that is me expressing my dissastisfaction that no one at scentsy is willing to help. I want the refund and o will be sure to never have to deal eith this company again.

We do have this complaint, it came in on Saturday.  In her complaint to us she states she read all the warnings and yet decided to hang not one but two Scent Circles on her car radio.  Here is the package warnings for our Scent Circles: “WARNING:  This product contains...

fragrance oil.  Do not allow contact with any surface…damage will occur.  Product must hang freely.  KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.” Almost all companies that make these type of car freshners say the same thing. [redacted]
