First reason of my complaining-wrong shirt was send to us it's why we returned it...Second I didn't ask for return us dollars ,I put dollars is a full price of our order ,to be more clear but in my complain if u read it I talked about one shirt we keep (dollars)and wrong shirt we return dollars

February 23, 2016Dear Revdex.com,I am writing this letter in response to the complaint filed by a recent customerFirst I would like to address that Schneider's One Hour does not advertise that service is guaranteed in an hourThe everyday slogan is "Always on time or you don't pay a
dime"Our scheduling practice is to give appointment service windows in 1, 2, 3, or hour allotments of timeIf our technician would arrive outside of the agreed upon window the service would most definitely be performed for free.Schneider's One Hour Heating also provides 100% satisfaction guarantees for the customer's protectionAlthough all of our technicians are held to the highest standards and receive state of the art training mistakes can occur"To err is human"For this reason we have put this guarantee in placeThe request by this customer for a refund in full has been grantedAlong with our deepest apologies for falling short of their needs.The inconsistency of the technicians in recommending a new boiler is an opinionated recommendation based on the age of the equipment, versus the expense to repair, and the best long term solution for the homeMuch like when a consumer is faced with the decision when their automobile needs repaired or possibly replacedRarely does the consumer wait until car can no longer be repaired to order a new oneThe last technician that was to the residence, recommended a new heating system based on the repetitive repairs over the last year and the heating systems ageAllowing the homeowner to make the decision that best suited their situationI truly believe that our service is not complete until our client has all of the facts to make an educated decision.Best Regards,Schneider's One Hour Heating

This issue was resolved in store, the customers pants were tailored free of charge, he has them at the moment and we offered him a gift with a 10% off coupon

The customer has sent in a shirt that we do not offer online, we have never offered the shirt online. if you look at the tag of the shirt they are submitting it is called the Jenno. The shirts form order [redacted] are the T-Christo and The Jerry. The customer is also claiming the amount...

for the entire order but, has only sent back one shirt. Please let me know what proof you need from us and I will send it to you.

Dear Revdex.com, I am writing this letter in response to the letter you received from [redacted]. One Hour Heating is committed to the 100% Satisfaction of all our customers and at request from Mr. [redacted] One Hour Heating will be refunding the $159.00 that was spent...

on the diagnosis of his air conditioner. We realize that sometimes opinions of what to do next vary from one servicer to the next. Our intentions for the homeowners is to make an educated decision on the best long term resolve for their home. In this instance, considering the system age and the air conditioner containing obsolete refrigerant, our technician recommended the replacement of the system. With that recommendation Mr. [redacted] invited one of our sales people to his home to explore replacement options. After given the proposal he expressed concerns of the cost of previous repairs and his feelings of unsatisfactory service. Our decision then was to offer an additional discount to earn his business and apologize for previous misunderstandings.At One Hour Heating, we spend extensive amounts of time to train our employees on ethical interactions with our clients. From the experience on the phone to the completion of the service. I find it unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy Mr. [redacted]'s challenge. Review: We purchased the service plan with Schneider's and had our oil boiler heater serviced at the end of October. 2 individuals (Service men 1 & 2) from Schneider's serviced it on the same day. Later that week they had to come back because the heater was not working. Service men 1 & 2 informed us we would need a new heater in the spring of 2016. a few days later the heater again stopped working.

Schneider's sent a new service man (Service man #3) out after we expressed dissatisfaction with the first 2 service men. The new service man informed us that the heater had not been properly cleaned and we needed a new sensor (we were not charged because they had changed the sensor less than a year before. Service man #3 told us we needed to keep with regular yearly service and the boiler heater would work for many years.

In December, the heater again stopped working. A new service man (Service man #4) came and spent many hours working on it. It started to work but by the evening it had stopped working. At this time we were in need of renewing our 2 year service plan for around $300.00. We did renew for the service. This Service man #4 came back that evening and got the heater to work also said we did do not need a new heater.

On January 2 our oil heater started emitting black smoke and fumes. Service man #4 came back about 2 hours after we called. He did not open it up or look at it. He told us that we needed a new heater. He would have a sales man come out by noon. After we received the estimate for the heater of over $8,000.00.

Schneider's also advertises one hour service or it's free. We NEVER had a service man show up in an hour in any of the 6+ times of calling them in a 2 month span.

We decide to call another heating service for a second opinion. The new heating service fixed our heater for $300.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $300 service plan that we purchased in December.

Schneider's is in the business to sell you a furnace not service it.
