Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: You don't have any records of it because jay didn't file the paperwork for it I paid 3k over your asking price of the vehicle go check my down payment trade in and amount financed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Madam, I am more then happy to help you with anything to do with the vehicle purchased from us or the financing associated with itIf you would like to change or sell your car I will again be more then happy to help and assist you in any way I canThat been said, I truly I am sorry to hear about your troubles with the insurance agency " [redacted] " and one of their associates "Alfredo" who also happen to work at the time for us as wellFrom your email, I clearly can see that he was a commissioned associate of the insurance agency and they worked together to get people insuranceOur job as a dealership is to make sure our customer have insurance before we deliver the car; we are NOT ever involved in insurance as we are NOT in the business of selling or brokering insurance If you gave you the car, I assure you that the insurance at the time of purchase was valid otherwise the broker " [redacted] " wouldn't send us the paperwork, and technically them sending us the paperwork indicates that payment was received from their part (that is just my experience with insurance companies and agents, cause the item is PRE-PAID), what happen after you took the car and any claims made by the agency is really hard for me to understand or help in anywayPlease let me know if we can help in anyway in this matterThank you, ?

Dear Sir/Madam, We do our best to try to help all of our customers with any problems or issues that they may haveIn this case, however Miss Barret's statements are simply and untrueWe did our best to approve Miss Barret's loan but the information that she provided to us at the time couldn't be verified (and was false) and as a result we could complete the deal(Worth noting that we find out that Miss Barret was trying to do the same thing with a car she purchased from another dealership, then went to bankruptcy court and tried to keep the car!)Miss Barret then immediately asked to cancel everything as she offered a better deal on a better car (if I recall correctly, an infinity). We, offcourse, obligedIf Miss barret gave us any money, she should have a receiptPlease provide us with a receipt or any proof and we will be happy to reimburse herWe take our business seriously; we are to sell cars NOT steal customer's deposit! this complain is simply ridiculous frankly and sounds like a scam if anything! Thank you,

Dear Sir/ Madam,We would like to start by apologizing for any delays in refunding the warranty amount to the customerCustomer came to our office and we called the warranty company on speaker to get the exact amount of the refund and we then proceeded to cut [redacted] a check for the same amount [redacted] accepted the check as full and final refund for his warrantyWe, are frankly surprised at this claim as we thought this matter was resolved and closedShould you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact meThank you, Jay C***

We're currently working with the bank and insurance company to resolve this issue , you can reach me directly ###-###-#### Adam c***, F&I also I have spoken to the customer today

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Apologies for delaysI was very sick last weekNo, this business has not resolved my complaintThey continue with the misdirectionThis letter does nothing to address the presence of another lien on the vehicle in someone's name other than my ownTheir story has changed back and forth, first claiming the lien was due to a "clerical error" then due to "the dealer that I traded it into doing another finance deal before the title cleared" and then, now, they are trying to claim, in fact, that they took out two liens in my name initially while going through the finance process and that they never actually went through with the one with [redacted] but there was a [redacted] ***" yet againDoes your organization serve any purpose? Anyone with half a brain can see these guys are fraudstersThe GM of Land Rover Manhattan himself told me this is clear fraudThey setup financing in different peoples names - often deceased, collect all the money from the different banks, keep investigation and punishment at bay for a slong as they can by claiming " [redacted] " and then one day before it all catches up the dealership goes out of business and the principals leave the countryThe two guys that own/run this dealership couldn't fit that description any moreI'm at a a loss already with them and you, Revdex.com, and quite frankly I have no idea why you exist or what value you bring.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi Madam, I am very surprised frankly by this complaint, as I remember you clearly and at NO time, did you mention any problem to meI saw the customer as recently as two days ago and said hi and she did NOT complain and point out any issues or problems to mePlease come by and talk to me directly and let's resolve any issues that you might have.I am seriously as disappointed as you are in all of the claims that you're stating including the reviews (reviews are recommended and welcome, the idea is to get people to write reviews regardless of their negativity or positivity)Test drives (everyone is most welcome to take any of our cars on a test drive as long its a serious buyeragain, not sure why would you be told something so ridicules like you were apparently told..)one last thing: price you paid for the car is the price agreed on with your salesperson madam, not a penny lessOverall, I am confident that I will handle your issues rather easily Thank you, Jay C***

Dear Sir/Madam, Clearly there's a HUGE misunderstanding here. Please allow me to clarify.. The Lien was initially put on this title by MISTAKE by [redacted] ***. We ONLY financed trough ONE bank (M&T Bank). The customer NEVER had a loan with [redacted] (can be verified with the bank and per the letter faxed to you (copy sent to customer). But when he traded the car, the dealer sold it to a new customer and financed it with [redacted] . and as a result [redacted] has a lien on the car. Basically, [redacted] financed the vehicle to another customer and currently there's an open loan on the car BUT with a difference customer name. The consumer has NOTHING open under his name. NO liens or loans whatsoever. I am not sure what he would like us to do at this point to address his concerns... (although there really shouldn't be any). This matter is closed and NO party is holding anything against the consumer nor is he been charged anything at all or is he liable for anything.. Please give me a call and I will explain in details if needed. Thank you, Jay C [redacted]

I am not the customer, My son *** *** *s the customer and I have been handling the matter on his behalf because he lives out of the state The business has been trying to deflect the issue due to the fact that they handled the situation fraudulentlyThe settlement they are speaking of is an agreement that they typed up so that I would not pursue legal action against them for monetary damagesThe memo was only signed because at the time, they kept threatening to take my son's car backThis memo has no legal bearingI was there with my son from the initial contact, so I am fully aware of what has happened and what has not happenedMy son was already in possession of the car and was it was not convenient for him to return itA couple days after the purchase I addressed the issues with Adam and he was not receptive to resolveI feel that if they acted in good faith from the beginning so such agreement would be necessaryThey offered $so that I would no longer pursue action against themThey told my father on 6/** that the paperwork would be available within a weekNo one has contacted me, my father or my sonThe agreement at hand was never signed by my son who loan was financed through them.To date they have not provided any of the documentation requested verballyI have been in heavy contact with the lender who advises of the discrepancy of what they received from Adam C*** & NYC Motors and/or Affiliates and what Adam C*** & NYC Motors and affiliates told me and my fatherTo date they have not provided ANY original documentation of the transaction on 6/**/Adam C*** is very aware that documentation has not been provided. On two separate occasions it was advised by Adam C*** & Jose that the paperwork could not be located ( Convenient )This dealership added $for a warranty that to date we still have no proof that we have$prepaid maintenance plan that I have no documentation forWhen requested to remove the extended warranty plan, we were advised by Adam C*** that we could not remove itWe never asked for a warranty on an 11k mile carOur only error was not fully reading the paperwork at the time of signingWe want original documentation for services listed on the bill of saleThey will say that it was provided which is completely falseAdam C*** is a narcissistic liar, with no accountabilityAdam is very aware of what happened, what he did and how he made no attempt to resolve the issue other than threaten to take the car backAll we want is the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION that reinforces the services that are listedWe believe that we don't have a warranty and they added an erroneous charge to build the sale of the vehicleIf the charge was valid then there should be no reason why they can't provide documentation to show that its valid

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Here are the facts:The second lien on the Infiniti that was allegedly done innocently "in error" was present on the Title from the day it came to me in the mail, approximately to days after I bought it from Queens Auto SalesI did not really know what this meant at the time, but I was aware of its presence. I have photos of the Title from a year ago with that second *** lien on it Land Rover was in such a hurry to get me into a new car lease that I think they did the deal, allowing me to trade in the Infiniti in question, without even realizing that other lien was on the TitleAs mentioned, I didn't know what it meant that there was this other lien listed until this all blew up*** ***, the second lien-holder, released both the Land Rover dealer who I traded the Infiniti to and myself from any and all obligation/liability on the vehicle/titleThey claimed that after reviewing the case with Queens Auto Sales the sequence of events must have been as follows: A) I traded in the Infiniti with a clean title, B) Land Rover then immediately turned around and re-sold it and re-financed it to a new party before the Title could even be cleared on my tradeal, and C) everyone got confused from thereThis bizarre story holds up IF AND ONLY IF that second, suspect lien was not present on the vehicle's Title for at least a year before I traded it in to Land Rover, but it was with 100% certainty and hard evidence to prove so. So something is really off hereI ended up with the matter resolved for me personally in any financial or regulatory sense, but nonetheless I am extremely concerned that Queens Auto Sales is getting away with dishonest and outright unlawful business practices beyond my own caseThe truth is that I only got such a positive outcome in this because unlike the vast majority of people who purchase a used vehicle from a dealer like Queens Auto, I very quickly turned around and traded the car in to a factory dealer with considerable legal might behind itIt seems, in my specific case, that *** *** is either complicit or negligent regarding this activity and is now doing damage controlThey figure as long as Land Rover's aims are fulfilled there won't be further inquiry into this matterThat may be true, as I don't necessarily feel like wasting my time further, but I implore the Revdex.com and others to take a closer look here and exercise extreme caution when dealing with or endorsing Queens Auto Sales.
