I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]When attempting to log out of the system, the system processed my credit card information as indicated by several other customers who had the same complaint. Also, in the website when it asked if you wanted these items and you clicked the area indicating that you did not, it not only added the item but added the gel seat. The customer service representatives also indicated that if we refused the items for the shipping then we would have not tracking number and they had to have the number in order to process the refund for the items. The information they provided is not true. Also in other websites, the customers who refused the items never received the refunds because the business stated they never received them, (There was no tracking number.) The result is, for the items that the website charged without permission the processing fee to return the items was $160.62. Subsequently I did receive my refund back to my credit card of the original charge but not the $for shipping. This is advertising. I also received a phone call stating that if I emailed the receipt with the tracking number and the amount and the shipping, that they would refund the amount. The amount of $was not refunded. And the timeframes for contact are not correct and when I called the customer service rep even stated that they showed I had called. How can you have shipped an item for processing within minutes of receipt? Which is also what numerous other customers have stated when they called and attempted to stop an order that presented advertising or a website that processing information incorrectly. I am still owed the amount of shipping of $because after reading the other customers complaints about losing the items when refused, being told I had to have a tracking number and receipt in order to return them, and receiving a phone call stating to email them the tracking order and receipt and they would refund me the amounts, I did as was told. I am still owed the $160.62. And numerous websites show customers were told the same information
