complaint submitted to your office on behalf of [redacted].  In the complaint the customer states that she did not intend to place a completed order and tried to cancel prior to shipping. This is what our records show.  April *, 2017--We received an order from this customer via our website[redacted].  April [redacted], 2017--The customer’s order was ship confirmed and we charged the customer’s credit card the first payment of $309.88.  The customer may have tried to contact us before the order was transmitted to our Customer Service/Order Processing system on April [redacted] but we are unable to apply to a record until the order is received in this system. April **, 2017 –We received notice for the Revdex.com as per the above.  We immediately attempted to contact the customer.  We were unable to reach her directly but left a message for the customer to refuse the shipment which was scheduled for delivery the next day.  We also sent the customer a return label ([redacted] number: [redacted]) in case she was unable to refuse delivery. April, **, 2017 –Per [redacted] tracking the customer refused the delivery and the item is in transit back to us.  We submitted a refund to the customer for the full $309.88.   We now consider this complaint fully resolved.  Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional concerns. RE: [redacted]  ID# [redacted]   [redacted]   This letter is in response to your e-mail on October **, 2016 and the complaint submitted to your office on behalf of [redacted].  In the complaint the customer states that she didn’t complete the order....

This is what our records show.  September **, 2016--We received an order from this customer via our website [redacted].  The customer agreed to purchase a SitNcycle with a 30-day trial period.  The customers optioned for a one-time payment of $239.94.  She also opted for an additional item and the gel seat an additional $244.89. September **, 2016—The customer’s order was processed and ship confirmed and we charged the customer’s credit card the $484.83.  The customer contacted us to state that she had changed her mind an did not want the item.  We informed the customer that the order was in process and could not be cancelled.  We instructed the customer to refuse the shipment upon delivery. September **, 2016 and October *, 2016 – We received a returns of both units.  We processed a full refund to the customer via her credit card for $484.83.   Based on the facts above we feel this case is resolved in full.  Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional concerns. her order.  This is what our records show.  August **, 2016--We received an order from this customer via our website [redacted].  The offer on the website is for a 30-day trial at $19.95.  During the checkout process we offer the customers an option to save the $19.95 trial fee and pay a one-time payment of $239.94.  Our records show that the customer selected this option at check-out. At that time her credit card was authorized for the $239.94.  My funds were credited back to my account, HOWEVER, I still contend that I was given poor customer service when trying to originally cancel the order! It took less than 5 minutes to debit the money from my account and more than 2 weeks to receive the credit.
