This company has experienced a hardship because their building was involved in an office fire and lost majority of their DJ equipmentHowever, I contacted Dave R*** in July (after the fire occured) asking to change my contract from DJ & Photobooth services to just DJ on a new date and new locationDave informed me that because of the switch, I would be entitled to a refund of $and he would initiate the refund and update my contract to reflect the accurate date and locationA few weeks passed and I never received the refund or the updated contractMonths of trying to contact Dave had now passed and I started checking his Facebook, Thumbtack site, and Website to see a lot of customer complaining about not being able to get in contact with this company and even this company not showing up for the services they had paid forI started to get worried, but wanted to be flexible because of their current situation and because my event is not scheduled until May I checke
Encore Sounds really came through for us on our Grand Opening night at Tim Lally ChevroletIt was short notice for them but you would've never been able to tellWell equipped and professionalI highly recommend this company for any occasion! Photo booth's are a hit with any age! Thank you so much for a great way to remember our special event!
I highly recommend Encore Sounds Dave and his crew were professional, accommodating, friendly, and SO MUCH FUN! We had Dave DJ and provide karaoke for our kids during their After Prom at *** *** Rec Center The kids LOVED singing and dancing all night long!

Encore Sounds is no longer in business but is the DJ entertainment I received for my wedding in October/The DJ and Photobooth did arrive to my party but I have a signed contact indicating that the DJ would provide a copy of all the photobooth pictures taken that evening in a book after the weddingI have contacted David Ruffo several timesThe last I heard from him was on November 3rd where he stated he would send the proofs that nightHe did not send them and has since not responded to any of my correspondence via text/phone callI do not have an accurate email address any furtherI am frustrated and upset as I was not able to see any of the pictures that night as he was keeping them to put the book together thereafter

I found this Company on the internet and knew nothing about it, but was very impressed with their response and help in setting up a great surprise party for my granddaughter Dave (the owner) did a fantastic job handling a group of teenagers We were all extremely satisfied with Dave Actually I can't say enough about how happy I was and how professional Dave was during the party He followed through with everything he promised The scrapbook he furnished was fantastic and will be a long lasting memory for my granddaughterThanks Dave
