Regards,
[redacted]
Scott states there was a second tank, there was not a second tank, it is a single concrete tank with a baffle as all tanks have for matter separation. Mr. [redacted] has been in the business for several years and is very well aware, that septic holding tanks have a baffle and shouldn't be acting as if he doesn't know about septic tanks, he was to report to the state the size of the tank which is 1800 to 2000 gal. (not done), what the bottom sludge was in the inlet side of the one and only tank (not  done), clean the outlet into the field filter. Failure to clean this filter can cause the entire septic system to fail and having the complete system replaced, I have done my investigation regarding that matter, and is gross negligent on his part to leave this system in the state he did .  Mr. [redacted] seems to be playing dumb as to what the duties of having a tank inspected and to report In Full that is mandatory by the state and the components of what a septic tank consist of. In addition to all this Scott called my wife and told her that he didn't know that we lived there year round or if it was just a cabin...what difference does that make as to being hired to inspect, pump out the entire tank, clean the outlet filter which is clearly the first thing you would see when opening the lid. Is this how he conducts his business on the hope that enough time passes as to shed blame elsewhere other than on his lack of job performance ?  No excuse! He did not perform the job from which he was hired to do and will under no circumstances will there be payment for a job that I had to pay someone else to do. If Scott wishes he may contact Northwest Sanitary who in which gave a full report as to the condition of the tank prior to them working and after they performed the required work as expected. The information from which he had file in 2012 when he did a closing inspection for the purchase of the house  and sent that with all the old information including the  previous address of ours and used it for the 2016 year. Again I see this as intent to commit consumer fraud. I'm sending some additional pictures to support my claim that he didn't do the job from which he was hired. My next step if it isn't resolved will be to contact The Consumer Fraud Dept. We will fight this charge in court with expert witnesses and if so seek for damages and attorney fee as well.

[redacted] called before labor day and I went out after labor day the cover was above ground I pumped and cleans that one and there was not much in there, I dug around to look for the cover and couldn't find it, Then I found the exposed one and looked around and cleaned it out, then he got a certified...

letter from the consumer stating that a day or two later there septic backed up. He was not informed that there was another tank. They are correct that I did not do the work on the 1st tank but did do the work on the 2nd one and will not charge them anything.

I feel I have done everything I could do for the customer and there is nothing further I can do.
