He requested us to dump on incline/slant of driveway.  We will not dump trucks on ANY incline or grade as this can and has caused trucks to flip over. We also knocked on door before load was dumped in driveway. Our delivery charge is to dump in the driveway and driveway only. We do ask...

customers a desired dump spot to accommodate them however if there are obstacles with the dump spot on driveway such as a grade/incline or inaccessible area we are not able to accommodate them with this as inclines and grades can cause our trucks to flip over when dumping mulch as this was explained. To help this customer out I will refund half of delivery charge. I will need last 4 digits of credit card.

This person agreed to the attached agreement. They gave authorization to proceed via email. They never cancelled and we dispatched a crew and equipment 30 miles. We charge a $150 cancellation. Customer did not read contract as they described to us during the phone call in which the customer stated was there fault. This phone call does confirm they simply did not cancel services. customer has now made an unfactual review on Angies List which is not parallel with this complaint or our documents and phone calls. This unfactual review indicates that this customer seeks nothing more than to damage our business reputation. The unfactual information posted has been forwarded to our attorney. A consumer simply has no right to make public false statements that injures a business. Legal claims, among others, may include one or more of the following: tortious interface with a business interest, libel and slander. This is not protected by first admendment. We request that they withdraw all reviews/complaints with false/unfactual statements.

I have already cancelled the mobilization
fee of 200.00 and only charged Mr. [redacted] a cancellation fee  of 150.00
which was satisfactory to him before this complaint and he agreed to pay
it (recorded call). He already stated he agreed to pay this. I am
willing to again offer an additional 50.00 discount to to the
cancellation fee if we can agree to close this and part ways. I have
more expense than this in fuel of dispatching the crew in result of Mr.
[redacted] agreed proceedings with the work. This saves Mr.[redacted] 250.00.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. Please refund the $60 back to my card.

The Policy which he states in his response, is not described on his website and was only made aware to me after I called to complain. It would have been nice to know prior to purchasing Mulch from this company.  I would have ordered mulch from a company that has qualified drivers. I have not, on any previous occasions of bulk deliveries of gravel, sand or mulch, had any problems with trucks dumping their  products in the area that I requested.
