Ryan; We know that you have been aware of the issues for a couple of months Both your accounting person and RV Tech have assured me they have made you aware if issues The only thing we continually hear are excuses and no replies to our calls and emails None of these did we receive a call back, we had to prod to get to the next excuse(Ex1.One of our staff quit and left a pile of paper work, it’s in Ryan’s office and I have to wait until he comes in today Ryan is moving so .., Ryan is on vacation in Canada Only Ryan can get information from the company handling payoff will have him call todayYour payoff is going to be sent Fed-X today and I’ll send your tracking .five days later finally got Fed-X numbhadn’t been sent until five days later Awning person only works with Ryan and he will contact you to set a date at your location.) There’s much moreWe too are looking to a satisfactory resolution, complete payment for repairs and refund of principal paid and interest accrued due to delayed payoff

*** from our business has confirmed a new couch is on the way from the factory in IndianaHe has been in contact with Mr*** to let him know that it is on the wayWe are offering to deliver and install it where the trailer is kept so as not to inconvenience Mr *** with a trip out of his way
to our business

*** brought his coach in because his rear outside tires lose airHe informed us the valve extenders he had were bad so we replaced them with another coach we had in stockIt seems to still leak according to Mr *** so we took it to Ford to diagnose because it is on a Ford chassis and they
have a good tire shopAt first the problem was fixed so Mr*** was informed of thisHe was also informed that we wanted to drive it ourselves to insure it was properly fixedWe had one of our transport drivers pick it up and right away he informs us that the outside valve extenders are the issueThe wheel cover vibrates putting pressure on the extenders causing it to lose airHe took it back to Ford to have them look again and confirm, which they didThey also performed a recall for Mr***We brought the motorhome back to our shop and winterized it for freeWe then delivered the coach to Mr ***Our opinion is to not utilize the small valve extenders for the time being as they are the problem and Mr *** is on a time crunch to get back to IllinoisThey are not needed to drive the motorhome or to fill the tires up with airThey are an add on by Coachmen that is supposed to make it easier to fill the tiresWe will contact Coachmen on Monday to see if they can get us an alternate extender so *** can continue to have valve extenders but as they are closed on the weekendWe are confident Coachmen will have or will get us a replacement style of valve extenders when they open on Monday

I have looked into thisMr *** loan did not fund until December 8thAs soon as his motorhome funded the payoff process was startedThe reason the title took so long is Mr *** paid off the loan he secured with us and refinanced it with his credit unionWe had to stop the entire process
that had already been started with the original lien holderIt normally takes 30-days for an out of state transactionI will gladly refund the payments he had to make on his carI will ask Mr *** to send me the proof of the extra payments and then will refund it to him

Hello, I have been in contact with *** on the wheel this morningWe have decided the best course of action is to order a new wheel instead of trying to obtain a used one that we had orderedWe should have the wheel next week and can get it mounted for him then.***

Hello, Mr *** trailer was checked out before he purchased itUnfortunately we did not try to flush solid waste down his toilet before it leftEven though it was months after and there was no warranty on the trailer we sent Mr *** a new $toilet which he said was fineI
have corresponded with Mr *** numerous times since the purchaseI have already sent Mr *** a check in the amount of $quite a while agoI will verify if the check has been cashed or notIf it has not been cashed, I will void it, re-issue a new one and I will send it via fedex with a signature confirmation so I can confirm he has received itI hope this will rectify the situation

We are still working with Mr ***They wheel simulator manufacturer is sending us a it directly to remedy his issueThe motorhome manufacturer specifically got with the simulator manufacturer to remedy this issueAs soon as the new kit comes in, it will be installed on ***'s motorhome quickly so as to not inconvenience him

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if follow-through with installation is completed.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I would like to reject scottsdale rvs response because after going over the documents that scotsdale rv and I both signed and agreed to, the contract clearly states that if the trade in pay off ammount exceeds the agreed upon ammount, that I would have to make up the difference, but it also said that if the agreed upon pay off ammount is less than the actual pay off, then the dealer would refund the difference back to me. I have attached a letter explaining the transaction ammounts and coppies of the documents with the paragraph highlited. this is how I came with the refund ammount of $709. thanks

they had the rv for for two weeks and all I got was excuses why it didn't get fixed the right way , if they knew what the fix was, why didn't they fix it

fine. I have corresponded with Mr [redacted] numerous times since the purchase. I have already sent Mr [redacted] a check in the amount of $172.50 quite a while ago. I will verify if the check has been cashed or not. If it has not been cashed, I will void it, re-issue a new one and I will send it via fedex with a signature confirmation so I can confirm he has received it. I hope this will rectify the situation.
