Hello,     I have been in contact with [redacted] on the wheel this morning. We have decided the best course of action is to order a new wheel instead of trying to obtain a used one that we had ordered. We should have the wheel next week and can get it mounted for him then.[redacted]

We are offering to deliver and install it where the trailer is kept so as not to inconvenience Mr [redacted] with a trip out of his way...

Review: The trailer I was looking at had a flat tire - salesman told me it would be fixed before I bought it. We worked out a deal and I agreed to purchase based on what I was told about the tire being fixed. When I came to pick it up the spare was put on and I was told the factory rim was cracked and they were trying to find a replacement and that they would come out to change out the tire and rim at my location. A few days later (Jul 20) I called the service mgr who told me the rim they got was different and they were still trying to locate one. No return call. I called a few days later (Jul 27) my salesman said he didn't know but would call me back. I got no return call. I called a few days later and spoke with the owner who said he would find out and call me back, but no return call. After over a dozen attempts to find the disposition of the replacement rim I have yet to receive ANY call back from anyone at the dealership and am left with no recourse but to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: obtain an undamaged replacement rim that matches the others on the trailer, deliver the rim, remove the spare, mount the tire from the spare on the matching replacement rim and install it on the trailer, with the original spare remounted to the spare rim - - - I was able to locate several online retailers that source the correct rim.

Review: We called in the morning and spoke to [redacted], salesperson. We agreed on a price. [redacted] took all of our credit information, ran our credit and called me back to give me the terms I was approved for. She said she needed $11,000 down. I called my wife to verify we could get the cash in hand. She verified she could have the $11,000 by end of today. I called [redacted] back and she said "Sorry, we just sold it." They aren't even open today (mondays) so I find it hard to believe they could have sold it within the 30 minutes I was on the phone with my wife. I told [redacted] their behavior was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak with the owner. She said "He is unavailable" I said, "Then I would like his/her name and number." To which she replied, "I will not give you that information." She then hung up on me. I have tried to call back several times and they will not answer the phone.Desired Settlement: I expect the price and terms we agreed upon to be honored. I agreed to let them run my credit ONLY AFTER we agreed upon a price, which can be verified by the bank who ran the credit as they needed this information to process my application.

As [redacted] said, I was not in the office that day. I was actually out of the country in a remote area without phone service much of the day. When I received the message to call [redacted] I called him back without knowing what had happened. My staff later informed me that [redacted] was told multiple times that there were other parties interested in the unit and also that multiple times he was offered to leave a deposit to secure the unit. In the time period [redacted] mentioned, a customer that had looked at the unit multiple times locally came in and left a deposit on the unit making it his. [redacted] was informed of this. My receptionist has said that she stopped answering [redacted]'s calls because he was threatening and raising his voice at her. Had I of been in town I would have gladly taken [redacted]'s call but she was not comfortable giving him my personal cell number without talking to me first. I am terribly sorry [redacted] missed out on the motor home but the customer who was willing to leave a non refundable deposit secured the unit first so we had to complete the transaction with him.

Review: We bought a Brand new 2015 Work and Play. We got the unit to the home after nemerous issues prior to the delivery. We had the unit a week and we put the couch down and it was bleached and not brand new. We have called mutiple times to Scottsdale RV without them calling us to tell us what they will do to fix it or make it right they keep ignoring our calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the couch replaced with the same fabric as the rest of the unit.

We purchased a used RV from Scottsdale RV. We viewed the unit in March and made the deal. The owner, [redacted], handled our transaction. We made arrangements to return in one month to pick up the unit. [redacted] advised us to make a list of items we wished to have taken care of before we returned to take delivery. ON the day of delivery, we arrived at the dealership to find less than 1/2 of the items had been resolved. Owner was not there. A sales associate was able to work things out to our satisfaction by ordering parts, and paint, and shipping to us to install. 6 weeks later and we still have not received all the promised items which were written into the agreement. In addition, we cannot get a response from the dealer as to when said items will be provided. Very poor customer service.
