Mr. [redacted] claims are both untrue an irresponsible to[redacted] consumers best interest. We provided the exact services he signed up for. Mr. [redacted] couldn't afford to have an attorney representative and that is why he chose to use our document services/unbundled legal services. Again, Mr. [redacted] was informed from the beginning that due to the facts of his case, that he may not be able to obtain the results that he ultimately desired. This client decided to pursue the matter anyway and did not receive the determination that he wished for. The fact that he did not have the elements needed to prove his case to the court is in no way the fault of FCD. Client was warned about issue, made an informed decision to pursue it regardless and FCD proceeded as client directed. FCD at no time guarantees the outcome of any case. FCD was willing to work with this client on attempting to push this matter through if client could provide enough information for the court to reconsider, however, client was unable to do so as no such information exists. This client did not have a solid case, was informed of the unlikelihood of a favorable decision and chose to proceed anyway. In addition Mr. [redacted] was made very aware of the terms of service and acknowledge such in signing the contract that we were just to provide document services and not represent him in anyway. Family Court Direct, Inc.
