Review: I purchased a lift kit on the [redacted] of April with advertised same day shipping delivery in 3.days today is the [redacted] and still no lift kit it hasn't even shipped yet the company didn't even know the lift hadn't shipped until I called after a week of waiting only to find out they never even had the lift to sale since then I was given another shipping date only to find out the lift has never been shipped again and now they are giving me another shipping date another week away so I'm not sure if it will even ship then giving the track record I'm assuming it won't.Desired Settlement: I would like my product and a phone call from someone in charge the only thing I have received is a I'm sorry from about six people I'm sorry isn't a acceptable answer to the money I spent in this entire deal

Order placed Sunday and it's now Friday and still has not shipped.

Ordered two front shocks for a 2000 F350 2wd online 12/28/15. Took my credit card sent a payment and order confirmation same day. Then on 12/29/15 sent a back order notice with a 1/28/16 ship date. Received an email on 1/21/16 still saying 1/28/16 arrival at facility with shipping directly upon arrival. Hearing nothing for several weeks I called in Feb, told they will be shipping in a couple weeks, Called in March after several more weeks,told one week out. Finally after more than three months from order I called in April and told more stories, and offered to be sold more expensive shocks at " their cost". If you don't have the item at order time why charge my card and draw interest on my money. How many more peoples money do you draw interest on while not fulfilling an order. Judging by other comments on here, this isn't the first time this happens. Just people don't take the time to write about it.

Review: I am in business for myself and ordered a set of leaf springs for one of my company trucks. They did not confirm an order and sent out 2 pair and charged for 2. I contacted via email and by phone numerous times and finally after 2 months of back and forth, they, [redacted] , in the billing dept. verbally, which I have on tape said they, SDsprings, would honor a full refund and send out pre-paid return waivers. I did return the one set of leaf springs with the waivers. After 2 weeks I did get a refund back in my business account but they did not honor the Full refund they kept the $132.58 which I had originally paid in shipping. On the recorded message ,[redacted] in billing , said" she would override the authorization and refund in full the total amount on the set of leaf springs." That did not happen. I have since tried to get in contact via email and by phone, leaving many messages, no reply to any communication. I would really appreciate some form of alleviation to this dishonest business dealing.

The order was placed online and there was no fault of SDTruckSprings.com that two orders were placed or the parts being incorrect. We did issue a call tag (pre-paid return shipping) out of good standing customer service which is at the expense of SDTruckSprings and allows for an easier process on your behalf. Return shipping on products ordered in error is actually the responsibility of the customer. Communication was continued but not to your satisfactory outcome of receiving a refund on your shipping which was communicated. Once again we sincerely apologize and would like to work with you to come to a resolution.

FYI: Recording phone calls: It is illegal to record a phone call without consent of both participants unless a law official warrant is issued. This is an individuals right to privacy, in our out of work. [redacted]

I did infact read the response of the SdtruckSprings, the part that is lacking in the response is that , [redacted] , whom left me the message regarding the return of the second order of springs would be paid by Sdtrucksprings. This also included Full refund of second ,unconfirmed, order of springs. The Full refund should have been inclusive of my paying for that shipping. The total is $132.58. They did refund the value of springs $229.90. When I receive a voice mail stating this is going to be the case I would expect that to be so. So , in truth I will only be satisfied when I receive the $132.58.

In regard to the FYI , response of [redacted], in their response about the recording of phone calls: Please take note ; [redacted] from your billing office left me the voice mail stating that your company would "override standard procedure and refund in full the second unconfirmed order of leaf springs " I did nothing illegal and have that voice mail saved on my phone for future use if needed.

I called SD Truck Springs for a lift kit for a GMC Sierra and leaf springs for an S-10 Pickup. I got Kim on the phone. This gal knows her business. She asked the right questions, gave me suggestions that I had not thought of and sold me parts for a very fair price. Shipping was timely, but when I opened a box that had come directly from a supplier (Not actually from the SD Spring facility) I found that a part was missing. I called SD Spring back. They didn't give me any trouble. They believed me and got the supplier to send me the missing part right away. I will do business with SD Spring again and you should too. If Kim doesn't answer your call please note that Dan is also a very good man!

Review: I bought shocks for my Ford Excursion and realized they were the wrong part and tried to exchange for the correct part when they told me they were backordered and it would take months to get the right part to me. I told the customer service rep over the phone to refund my money and they said they would. a month went by and when I contacted them they said they were going to send out the correct part when it came in. I told them twice in an email and once on the phone to refund my money. Order [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund my charge.

Review: I originally tried to contact SD Springs by phone to no avail in regard to questions on their product and my vehicle. No one returned my call, so I placed an order based on their add. Very missleading add. I recieved the air bags which broke on installation. They said in their add 2 hr installation, Ha Ha. My mechanic called the manufacturer whom said they must be defective and will send out another set, BUT that I needed to purchase additional 2 inch spacers for my trucks install. Nothing said about this in the add. Called SD and the ripped me another $36.00 for spacers they should have provided in the first place and then charged me another $30 some bucks to garantee delivery by Wed., two days after the order. GUESS WHAT, they never showed and the tracking says another day yet for arrival. Now the $280 deal plus spacers at $71, as well as the 2 hrs install, now at 4.5 hrs = $255 and the loss of truck use for 4 days and load delivery loss out of my pocket has led me to sincerely believe these people could care less about the customer, but all about the bucks. I will never recomend or deal with them again and advise buyers to beware.Desired Settlement: I think they should eat the cost of the spacers and freight at a minimum as they never delivered what they promissed. I should also get an adjustment on the original cost of the air bags as they were very apparently defective and have cost me a major loss do to their inaccurate advertising.

I phoned SD Truck Springs on 12/**/2015 concerning information about a product listed on their website and whether it was applicable to my vehicle. The representative did not have the answer, but was willing to phone the manufacturer of the item in am attempt to determine an answer.
He was not able to arrive with a definitive answer from manufacturer reps, but making the attempt was worth a great deal to me. The sales representatives name was, Mike V[redacted].
This company is lucky to have him as an employee.....

I purchased an air bag air lift kit a few weeks ago. They were easy to install and they work great. I received an e-mail from the company making sure that we were satisfied with the product. It was very reasuring to know that if I had any issues that they would be addressed right away. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

I bought a set of 2"lift keys for my 98 silverado 2500 and recieved them wasn't correct so I notified sd truck springs and recieved help from Kimberly from the service department. I was very pleased with her professional attitude toward my problem, she asked questions and answered mine that I had. She also done investigation into my problem with patient's and great communication. Will buy products from struck springs again due to great customer service and will recommend to others.

I am a life time customer of SDTrucksprings and I haven't even bought anything from the company yet. I ordered a complete air bag replacement system by [redacted] for my 1992 Lincoln MarkVII LSC with the new compressor system from another website. The instructions they sent me weren't very clear for me to understand. I called the other company to ask for some tech assistance, to my surprise they didn't even attempt to help me. They just gave me [redacted]s 800 number and were done with me. All the [redacted] techs were busy and I had to leave them a message. My brother had ordered air bags from SD in the past and suggested I call and ask for help.
A gentleman named Dan answered, I explained to Dan that I had bought a kit from another company and I couldn't get any tech help from them and just needed some good old fashioned help. He gave me zero resistance about it being a kit from another company and once I told him It was an air ride replacement kit for a 1992 Lincoln MarkVII, he chuckled and told me he, himself, owns a 1992 Lincoln MarkVII LSC as well as a 1988.
Dan told me he had replaced complete air ride systems on both his cars and didn't need to look up any instructions to help me out. Hearing that, from a customer service representative of a company that didn't even sell me the product in which I was calling about was completely shocking and amazing.
Not only was he willing to spend actual time with me on the phone knowing I wasn't going to buy anything, the product knowledge he had on this specific kit and car was absolutely spot on! The tips he gave me about getting the retaining clip to sit properly on the bottom of the bag and putting the right amount of air in the bag so when I lowered the car back on to the ground I wouldn't pop it were life saving. I spent nearly 20 minutes trying to seat the clip on the bag and doing it how he suggested, got it seated in a matter of seconds.
In this day and age it is rare to come across a company with real quality customer service. Most companies just take your order, take your money and couldn't careless about the customer later. Thankfully, SDTrucksprings.com has proven that all wrong and easily put all my concerns to bed. I will forever be an SDTrucksprings customer without even making my first purchase yet. My car is now back up and running great, Thank You!

I love my hitch , It turns over easy and hauls great for me. This is the second one I have gotten for my trucks.

Review: This is a multi-issue complaint. False advertisement, delayed shipping, and also non-delivery.

On Sunday October [redacted] I ordered a lift kit with shocks from SDTrucksprings. I ordered part 55907 as seen here ([redacted]) It is clearly shown to include SAME DAY SHIPPING. I figured it would maybe be Monday before it was shipped though since I ordered on a Sunday. On Wednesday that week is the first time I heard anything from the company, and they told me the parts were on backorder. I would not be frustrated if I had been told sooner, but for it to take four days to even contact me about a backorder means that no-one looked for the parts for any of the days before to honor the same day shipping promise. I contacted them and they said they were sorry and would take a look and take the same day shipping promise down or put a backorder notice. As you can see there is no change. The parts came on the [redacted] so I was not too unhappy with the delay, However in receiving my packages I received two boxes. One box had the two steering knuckles, one had the subframe and other parts. Inside the box was a catalog from [redacted] from their 2013 line. If this product was truly on backorder I would assume they would put an up to date catalog inside. Seems fishy to me. Another issue was that I did not receive the shocks. I gave it a day and heard nothing of a seperate order or anything. I called yesterday and could not get through for over two hours. I eventually went to the online chat and got someone to help. He ([redacted]) confirmed that they had never been shipped and said he would get them shipped that day and they would be here by Wednesday. I took my truck to the shop I'm getting the kit put on and agreed with them for it to be there until then, and made arrangements for being without it. I look today at my order ([redacted] is the order number) and it says delivery can be expected by FRIDAY. This is unacceptable. The way this company is giving me the run around is infuriating. It's taken nearly a month for them to get my order to me and it is still not right and they still do not follow through with anything they promise.Desired Settlement: I want either compensation for my time wasted and time without my truck since I've lost income being hassled by this company, or a refund of some kind. I was promised two day shipping and they sent it out on basic ground shipping, I want to be compensated for the issues stated about false advertisements, lack of care for customer service, and shop time accrued while waiting.

When you click on the "Same Day Shipping" tab that you are referring to, which is right on the product page itself, it notates that the following: "All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM EST will ship that day. EXCLUSIONS: 1. Out of stock items. 2. Special order items. 3. Made to order items. Call ###-###-#### for any availability and shipping related questions. We look forward to hearing from you." The "Same day shipping" tab is site wide as it is true for most of our items, however due to rapid inventory fluctuations within our own warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturers back orders and items discontinued without notice we make present an "exclusions stipulation". When "drop shipping" an item, which is a normal practice for almost any web business and the reason why products are sold well below MSRP's, we rely on the manufacturers to provide us with shipping information so we can relay it to our customers. Seldom but existent, this process can be a hardship for retailers and customers because we "the retailers" are the point of contact and the face of the sale but can only provide the information given and thus making your back order our problem to handle, which we do the best we can on the rare occurrences such as this one.

The shipping you selected was Ground Shipping, which was free (paid for by us), there was no 2 day shipping service selected during check out. We feel our advertisements are clear as we insert the proper stipulations and encourage customers to call for availability for these rare and specific reasons. Since we already paid for the entire shipping with no cost to you and also gave you an additional $40 off the sale as a whole, we are able to give you an additional $40 off the item essentially making the shocks free of charge. We feel this is adequate and would be happy to make the adjustment upon your approval and hope you find this explanation and offer satisfactory.

Review: The company repeatidly sends me many emails talking about some orders I have placed with sdtrucksprings.com and shipping confirmation.I requested it stopped and the order confirmations keep coming. The did reply the second time with"yes sir" but continue to send as I continue to ask them to stop.Desired Settlement: Stop emailing orders after consumer requests they are not affiliated with the business at all.

I purchased a new set of leaf springs from SDTRUCKSPRINGS.com in June. They began popping and cracking shortly after. I wrote SDTRUCKSPRINGS customer service, and spoke with Mary P[redacted]. Mary was quick to help me remedy my issue. After speaking with the manufacturer, Mary P[redacted] promptly sent me new springs to replace the defective ones. She was always quick to respond to emails and messages, and even called me to let me know the progress on my situation. Mary P[redacted] was a fantastic customer service rep, and a credit to the staff of SDTRUCKSPRINGS.COM.

Mary was very helpful and patient. She resolved both billing and shipping errors that I had created while I attempted to use the website (I do not do well with computers). Very professional and a wonderful attitude.
