The customer contacted us via e-mail stating that he had an issue with his productWe responded with a standard response which explains the process for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products; and to follow the process of the one that appliedHowever, I believe that the customer misunderstood the e-mail and mistook it as a request for paymentThe customer's product is in-warrantyHe simply has to send us the product so we can follwith a free replacement

As the customer stated, we offered to fulfill the warranty as expected. Although shipping cost is not covered by the warranty, we offered a free shipping label as gesture of good will. However, the customer wants a refund. Unfortunately, she purchased the product from a
retailer. She would have to seek that type of transaction through the party that completed the sales transaction However, our offer of a replacement and free shipping label still stands. We'd be happy to expediently provide a working product to our customer at no cost

I dealt with Jay at Rod Parts Warehouse for many years and was never mistreated or disappointedI bought most of the parts that came through my rod shop from him and he always treated me great with the proper parts and price

I am writing a update review I sent my speaker to the customer service to get looked at And received it with the package open with protective material missing and a missing manual I finally received the manual *** contacted me and sent out a new manual This issue has been resolved

Based on the case notes, it seems that the customer was streaming music through the speaker via an app such as Pandora. The complaint mentioned the periodic
start and stoppage of music. It was explained that the start and stoppage of music is caused when the app is buffering. The speaker can only receive audio when the app is transmitting audio. The audio interruption is not caused by a defect in the speaker, but rather the customer's network connection. The customer was not satisfied with the explanation. As a courtesy, we offered to evaluate the speaker at no cost. However, the customer has to send the product to our service center for the evaluation. Our offer for a free service evaluation will stand for the next days. iHome Support

I owned for weeks I'm asking for an expidite of my new thermostat due to a dog living in a hot RVIf the AC goes out my dog dies in Texas heatI've been responding in minutes to emails and they are taking weeks to respondI have all emails to prove itI asked to resolve on phone they refused.

This complaint is a little surprising! We told [redacted] that we would be happy to provide an AC adaptor free of charge. We just requested proof of purchase to substantiate the warranty period. The product has a 12 month warranty. We haven't heard back from [redacted]

I apologize.  I was not aware that you purchased the product via our site.  After further investigation, I found the order under [redacted].  Since it was purchased via our site, I can make the exception and process a refund.  I will follow up via email issuing a return authorization along with a prepaid label.  Once received, please ship the product to us.  We will provide a full refund upon receipt of the product.

We spoke to [redacted] We apologized for the poor customer experience. [redacted] returned the product and obtained a refund.

Product: Quality Street Rod Rear Coil Over Shock Set w/ 200 Pound Springs Black Coated(item# 151623099020 )
I purchased this product from Ebay on 23Mar15 after calling the vendor. The vendor gave me misleading information that inclined me to purchase the above product. Upon receiving I inspected them and the coil-overs appeared to be just what I wanted. It took me a few months to determine how to mount them and to make the mounts. Once mounted the springs would not compress even after applying almost 1000lbs to the frame over the front solid axle.I am truely disappointed in this product. Since it has been over the 60 days review period and 30 day return period, I am stuck with these coil-overs.
I want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing these types of coil-overs from RodPartsWarehouse or anyother vendor, these are chinese junk...DO NOT BUY!
