I replaced my concrete front porch with a wooden one in I had it connected to a deck that was built in Seal Maxx was applied to both surfaces at that timeI don't believe the StLouis office was open at that time, and mine was done by [redacted] Technologies from Hiawatha, IAThe salesman was [redacted] I just want to say I have had no problem with my deck or porch in years I power wash it every year, and it looks great when I doIt turns gray every time, but I knew that from the start I live in Alton, IL You are welcome to check out my deck any time you like

I recommend the people, but not the deck seal product I was pleased with the application of the products on our decks We had it applied the first time in Between then and 2015, we have had to have it reapplied more times That is a positive thing in light of the warrantee, but a bad thing in light of a year guaranteed deck sealing product (The company was slow in responding to phone calls, but eventually did.) After having our decks sealed times by Sealmaxx Plus, I figure the cost is equal to what we would have spent having the decks sealed times the conventional wayTherefore, I'll leave Sealmaxx alone, and return to other methods of deck sealing Maybe the hot sun out of the west is just too much for the product

We signed a contract in 2008 with 72 hours to cancel. We contacted the customer but he kept delaying the work. We had not heard from the customer until were contacted by his attorney last week. We have forwarded that information to our attorney to respond. I am offering to complete the contract for... the billed amount.

Sealmaxx offers a warranty of years from the wood deteriorating and years of water tightnessThe issue here is from the color fadingIt is stated at the beginning that the color will fadeThe reason that Sealmaxx does not give
a time frame of how long before fading is because each deck is differentIt depends on where the deck is located and how much sun it will getSealmaxx has a program where they offer customers a service of doing a reclean and applying color again and only charge for the time and material that they use

Both *** *** the owner and *** *** the Operations Manager have been to Mr***'s home to look at the projectWhen *** was there he never said that the company would not reseal the concreteHe actually said that in order
to remedy the situation he would need to do another application of the second sealerMr*** said that he did not want another application because he felt it would make the situation worseAt that time Mr*** stated that he just wanted his money backAfter *** was at the property he then spoke with *** about the job and had him go by and look at itBefore *** went by *** had already talked to the sealant manufacturer and they had told him what needed to be doneThe manufacturer stated that the reason the stripes were there was because where it was darker it actually had to much sealer and the extra sealer did not penetrateThe manufacturer said that the concrete needs to be power washed again and that will fix the problemAs was stated to Mr*** Sealmaxx if not about the cosmetic appearance, it is about the protection of the concrete, but Sealmaxx has said that they would try and fix the situation and Mr*** has said no he just wants a refund

03/10/15: The product is a good product and one guy got hurt and leftThe sealing was left to one guy and he got behindThe leaves fell and stained the concreteThey power washed it again and they are taking a layer off the driveway each time they power washThey sealed it and then it rained and I am left with zebra stripsThe concrete will age faster because of the power washingI want the concrete replacedThe business will not do anything for me and he guaranteed me that there would be no color changeThe sealer is a penetrating sealer and will last longerI do not want any more power washing and would like my driveway replacedThe original installation of the driveway was 7,and I also would like the deposit paid on the sealing of $1,as a refund on this case
