We signed a contract in 2008 with 72 hours to cancel. We contacted the customer but he kept delaying the work. We had not heard from the customer until were contacted by his attorney last week. We have forwarded that information to our attorney to respond. I am offering to complete the contract for...

I am rejecting this response...

because:  The owner that came out to assess the problem said that there was no way to get the epoxy off the driveway where it was spilled, and that they would try to buff the garage and reapply, but could not say how that would turn out.  At this point we would just like some money back for the poor workmanship and problems encountered.

We will repair/replace the product as necessary through the mutual agreement with the customer. As soon as their is contact made with the customer, we will send a technician to assess the situation and then get started with the repair.
