Sorry this is the first time I have received this. It has been along long time since 2013 and we are just hearing about this now. We always want to help our customers but this is a long time not hearing about this. Tell us what you want us to do and where it is leaking and we will try... and help. Thx

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This response is a rejection of a typical response made by a business trying to minimize any harm this complaint could do to their "family owned" reputationThis family owned business may be nice and easy to deal with when finalizing a sale and installing their products, but beware if you ever have any problems with the product that they sell youAllied Aluminum lacks in customer service skills.This complaint could have been easily avoided if this information was communicated at my initial phone callI would have been willing to work with them and paid for any reasonable labor costs involved in getting this defective motor (under warranty) removed and replace with a new oneBut, months of ignoring, avoiding and trying to figure out what to do on Allied Aluminum's part only created frustration.An apology and reasonable cost offer to resolve this issue will be accepted only if I am contacted directly by phone or email by Allied AluminumI will not attempt to contact them again or refer their products and service to anyone else if I fail to be contactedI will go elsewhere to resolve my issue Regards, [redacted]

*** *** I have heard from these people several months agoThey said they would send someone out on two occasions so on both occasions I canceled my previous appointments waiting for their representative to come to my house I waited four or more hours on both occasions, neither of which anyone showed upTherefore, in essence they made no real attempt to resolve the problemI would advise no one to deal with these people

[my first choice would be to have all the leaks repaired is which is only what I have been asking for from the beginning. My second choice is for a partial refund so I can pay someone else to do the repairs.Thanks,***]

Called customer and told her again we would take care of it Do not think her complaint was the right thing to do given it was only days til she notified youWe can not caulk in the rain and after it rains it takes a few days to dry out before we canI ask her to call and let you know I

We do see any problem with the door installation We have reviewed the pictures sent and can not see a problem with our productIf Mr *** is still not satisfied with it maybe a little custom millwork at the top would solve his problem Thanks again!

Miss *** came to us and purchased two doors to be installedShe paid in fullWe are ready to install her doors. The information she provided is incorrect. She did not return to cancel her order in hours as she stated. We actually discussed her doors several times over many
days.We would rather not paint this in a bad light for Miss *** is a very nice person. Again, Miss *** made a purchase and we would be happy to provide her doors. Please consider omitting this complaintThis a business transaction and should not be classified as a complaint.

Revdex.comWe have been in contact consistently with the customer and have been working to resolve any issue Not at anytime were the concerns ignored We have worked several times to try to resolve the issue by re addressing the installation of our product It has been been determined
that the issues were in an area above the installation of our product This area was not done sufficiently in its initial construction by another party and directly affected our products performanceThis is where we think it is as of now When several attempts to service our product seemed to resolve the issue and over time we were notified by the customer some issues still persisted we looked at other areas We have been to the customers house and performed the additional service work and seems to have addressed the problem and consider it resolved as we have not heard of any more issues over the last week since the rains We will always try to do what is need to work and take of our customers.Thank YouAllied Aluminum

I would steer clear of this company We had a policy from them back in with no claims and in they decided not to renew usSent us shopping for liability insurance After which they wanted an audit and then demanded more money from us I called them multiple times to try to resolve but no responseyears later they send out a bill saying we owe I call again but just like the last time and once again no response They sent us to collections and once did not respond to our calls and concerns
