Hello, On 11/3/Second Round mailed Mrs [redacted] acknowledgement of her dispute along with documents supporting our claims to the addressed provided by her 10/27/If this address is incorrect please ask her to contact usOur number is [redacted] We have updated her credit bureau as disputed

Second Round is in receipt of the complaint by Mrs [redacted] regarding her [redacted] Bank/ [redacted] Credit Card account ending We have thoroughly investigated the matterSecond Round purchased this debt from [redacted] Bank on 9/29/We placed the account with our administrator, *** Asset Management, on 10/10/On 1/19/2017, Second Round received an eOscar dispute through T [redacted] from Mrs [redacted] In accordance with the FCRA, on 1/20/(within days of receiving the dispute) we submitted a Dispute marking to the credit reporting agencies that Second Round reports to (T [redacted] & Experian) and we mailed out original account level documentation to her which we received directly from [redacted] BankThe documents mailed to Mrs [redacted] , at her address at [redacted] ***, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, included the charge off statement (charge off date: 8/25/15), last payment statement (last payment made on 3/25/for $300), billing statements, terms & conditions (contract) as well as proof that Second Round is now the current creditor (bill of sale from GE to Second Round)We also pulled the credit reports to confirm that both now reflect the Dispute marking we submitted in January The supporting documentation provided to the consumer, thoroughly explains the origin of this debtWe are more than willing to work with Mrs [redacted] to resolve this matter in hopes of reaching a resolution that allows us to update her credit reports as PAID IN FULL or SATISFIED AS AGREEDTell us why here

Second Round is in receipt of Mr [redacted] s 2nd rejected responseWe have complied with the FDCPA and the NYSDFS requirements under the law; however, if Mr [redacted] is not interested in resolving a debt that he was making payment on as recently as April 17, 2015, then Second Round will extinguish the debt and submit a trade line deletion to the credit reporting agenciesMr [redacted] should understand that Second Round is not responsible for ensuring that the credit reporting agencies honor its request and will not be liable should its request not be honored However, if the deletion request is not honored and Second Round receives, in the future, an inquiry from a credit reporting agency concerning the debt, it will confirm in response to that inquiry that the trade line should have been deletedTell us why here

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Second Round's own words demonstrate the falsity of their claim to have met the statutory requirements for debt validationSigned contract/application, ORa copy of a document provided to the alleged debtor while the account was active, demonstrating that the debt was incurred by the debtor - No contract or application was provided The statements they claim satisfy this requirement were not original documents but 'computer generated documents created after the date of default' which multiple courts have explicitly stated do not satisfy this requirement Additionally, no evidence that such documents were ever provided to me while the account was active has been providedCharge Off statement - This was sent, although not within the day window allowed under the FDCPAComplete chain of title - This is never been provided As explained in my letters to Second Round, my original complaint and my response to their response to my complaint the document they claim fulfills this requirement is a cover letter to a bulk sale of debts which does not mention my name, this account or any other information that would indicate that this debt either belongs to me or was transferred to Second Round4.Records reflecting the amount and date of any prior settlement agreement reached in connection with the debt - No such documents have ever been provided to meRegards, [redacted]

Hello, The June of date on the credit report is the date Second Round purchased this account The Chain of Title is Santander to Cascade, to Crown, Crown to Second RoundWe can provide the actual chain of title if you would like to review

I have requested this over and over.Also I never received any validation, a statement from you of a purchase is not validation.You will need to provide per Fields vsWilber Law Firm, F.3d (7th Cir2004) at a very minimum an itemized accounting of how the total amount of debt was calculated including fees and interest should be included in a response to debt validation requestAdditional debt validation should include account statements from the original creditor, payment history with the original creditor or a copy of the original signed contract between the original creditor and debtor.In Addition the SOL has expired on this account due to the date of original default.I believe this account was fraud HSBC had sent this account to an ATTYto sue and was unable sue due to lack of evidence that ATTY then dismissed the caseIf an ATTY could not sue for it due to lack of evidence then you can not report or attempt to collect.The purchase of old debt and reporting it on CBA incorrectly after the original default is clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The dates on the account are not consistent with that of the original account, nor or the amountsFurthermore, the account should not display twice in my credit report as it doesI attempted to contact crown management twice during business hours in which they have not answered or returned my messages I attempted to Contact them on the 1st and 2nd of NovemberI feel that the business is confusing and designed in a way to make it not possible to settle debt when I would like toI feel too that this balance is too old to act on and that credit collection processes are not being followedIt should not display on my credit report without first communicating with me and receiving a debt validation letter This balance and reporting need to be removed from my credit reporting
