Everything that was promised to the customer was given to the customer. $1200 in equipment with a wireless radio signal. Everything was signed and agreed to, not only in the contract but also over a recorded phone call verifying with the customer that everything that was promised to her was installed and working properly. She was specifically asked (like ALL our customers) if something that was promised to her wasn't installed and she agreed that everything was given to her and installed. If you are looking to cover windows (which was NOT included in the package) we could arrange to have a technician go and install them but you would have to pay for the sensors individually.

16 of the contract that was signed states that Security 1 will not be responsible for ANY false alarms and the customer agrees to assume all responsibilities for and indemnify the company and its contractors, officers, employees and agents against any false alarm. The first one that Security One paid off, was as a curtsey. You do have a full warranty on the equipment including any services fees or technician fees. As for the request, Security 1 can not let you out of the agreement. If you would like a copy of the agreement, we can send one to your home.

The details of the contract were not discussed over the phone.  The sales calls that I received, which bordered on harassment given the volume of calls, simply set up the appointment.  The details of the terms of the agreement and service to be provided by Security One were provided to me in person by [redacted], the installer/sales rep for the company.  All of the terms of the contract and service as well as answers to my questions were provided when he came to my home.  It was at this time that the misrepresentation occurred.  I again request that the contract be cancelled with no further obligation.

We have sent a dispute for unauthorized credit inquiries to transunion, they require the person who received the unauthorized dispute to also log into their website (Transunion.com) and dispute it as well to expedite the process. We had the director of operations call Ms. [redacted] and offer her to take care of everything. Everything was discussed over the phone and we're waiting for a response from Ms. [redacted] to be able to send the check out and take care of everything.

This complaint needs to be closed out. We have spoken to the customer and he states he just wants to get out of the contract because of the wallet situation that has been addressed multiple times in the previous responses. Everything stands as has been said and the customer will have to pay 80% of the remainder of the contract if he wants it cancelled.

Security One has tried to reach the customer several different times to fix the issue that was at hand. We could have credited the account for one month for all the inconveniences and when we tried to schedule a technician to go to the home, we were notified by the customer that they switched companies. With this being done, the contract is still valid being that the service was refused by the customer and Security One was not given the opportunity to fix the issue. This was a simple issue that could have been fixed. The contract can not be cancelled based on those terms. We would need to go to the home and reprogram everything now that another company has taken control of your system. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience.  Thank You

As expected, as of today, I haven't heard from Security One. In their message on 2/29, they said they would have a manager call me... it is now 3/2 and I haven't heard from them. Since this issue started in January, Security One has on numerous occasions claimed that a manager would contact me... no one has ever contacted me. Their lack of communication and horrible customer service continues. I once again ask to be let out of my contract. Thanks.

In regards to your complaint, we would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Every conversation is recorded and confirmed so that there is no misunderstandings or promises made that can not be kept. If you could grab the copy of your agreement, everything is in...

writing as well. On the first page, about half way down there is a clause that is named, "Customer Responsibility to read the agreement". Where it states that the customer is responsible to read the agreement and upon signing it, agreeing to everything on it. Now if you turn your attention to the back of the agreement, section 19, where it says Acknowledgment: It reads, "Agreement shall not take effect until Company has received a satisfactory credit report on the customer. Customer hereby authorizes release of credit information to the company and/or its assigns at any time during the term." Upon signing it, you authorized Security One to obtain a copy of your credit report. Therefore we can not cancel out the service agreement based on the complaint that we received. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service department.

To date, I have still not heard from anyone at Security One. I haven't received a phone call, email, anything. I don't understand how Security One can have an A+ Revdex.com rating when they continue to ignore customers. It's now been months... and nothing from them.

Mr. [redacted], Upon reviewing your account and listening to the customer service calls that were recorded when the calls were made, Security One will not cancel out the agreement. The system was working and the service was being provided, it seems like the issue was with the app that could have...

been solved. The appointment that was made, (when they said it would take 2 weeks) was made with the monitoring station and not Security One. Once we got the service ticket from them we offered to send a technician right away and even offered free months of service, offered to reimburse for any amount of downtime that was recorded and fix the issue immediately, along will a full service of the system and replace any equipment (if any was found faulty) at no cost, but the service was denied and we are unable to solve the issue if you won't let us. We are and have been willing to resolve this in the best and quickest way possible and hope that you allow us to.  Thank You.
