When I first moved into this location in 2015. I was attacked by a criminal who lived also at this location, checking my mail one night. The manager under the same ownership as of current, made a verbal contract that two things would result as an apology, for them not listening to my concerns and not doing anything about the criminal who attacked me, after I warned them, as they refused to do anything. Allowing me to be attacked, and making me seek help outside of the staff via local police. The manager admitted fault, and offered me a free parking spot, and release for as long as I live here & from (( being held to the standard of a lease)), such as (HAVING TO BUY MY LEASE OUT*** EVER!!). I have a witness who saw the manager agree to this, and confirm with with their lawyer!!

The new manager & staff working under her have neglected to talk to me about this subject, and have gone back on the verbal contract made by the manger before them. Every time I try to talk to anyone in the office here, I am avoided, with very rude means. So I have decided to file my 2nd complaint with the Revdex.com. As this seem to be the only way to get their attention. I do not know if the owner knows the problem these complaints cause their business credit? But it seems like this is the second manager to learn the hard way. I do hope she feels it was worth it. And thinks about her actions from this point on.

We are truly sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at Navigator Villas. Our management team is required to always follow all guidelines as outlined in resident leases and we cannot accept verbal contracts. Based on the information we were able to review in your resident file and our management system it appears that all processes were followed relating to the incident that took place per company policy. As we were not involved with the Community at the time of the incident I cannot confirm what was verbally stated to you however we can understand management allowing you to vacate at the time of the incident based on your experience. We show in our records that another lease was signed by all parties in May of 2017 but the incident took place in 2016. If the there was a need to move out of the community due to the experience I'm not sure why another lease was renewed. Please let us know if there is additional information we are missing.

Attn Revdex.com: We can also provide documents of the alleged “criminal” that we “Knew” about if needed. His screening shows absolutely no criminal background and passed the criteria set for the property from the past Management. He was also evicted less than a month after the incident as a result of the assault so Management took the necessary steps in order to continue keeping Navigator a safe place for all the Residents. There is no documentation in the file of an alleged verbal agreement and the story is also false that he was given a free parking spot as he has been paying for his reserved parking spot. Any needed documents to back this up is also available upon request. *** has never attempted to follow through with talking to me regarding this situation or has even brought it up to my team that he wanted to discuss it. He simply tried to give notice to move one day and was told about his buyout, he left the office and then came back later that day to cancel his notice. He also at one point requested my contact info as well as our Assistant’s from the Leasing Consultant and was given both our cards but contact was never made by ***. Documents, weekend notes and emails can back this up if needed.

Therefore, I ask that you please deny this claim as we have followed all procedures appropriately and handled any concerns in a timely manner.

Clearly this Manager does not know the background of the legal case. I have the file on record, and am willing to provide all documented information to the Revdex.com. As well with as written statement from my S/O who was there. She will also be contacting the Revdex.com with her own complaint. This is truly unprofessional! -***

I have reviewed the file and any documents, police reports, notes, etc. that were left by the past Management so am aware of the case from the Police report stand point. I have also not been given the opportunity to resolve any matters with ***. He was given my contact details in which no contact was made until recently after the Revdex.com complaint was submitted. I made a phone call to arrange a meeting in which *** was unavailable, I again left my phone number and email. *** left 2 voice messages on the our Resident help line as well as our in house voicemail with him email in which I emailed requesting to arrange a meeting. I have arranged a meeting to discuss ***'s concerns with him this week, so I ask that you please leave the case open as we haven't been given the fair chance to resolve ***'s concerns.

As I see it, the ethics of Navigator Villas are not professional, and I can not bring myself to accept the course of action they have taken. My family had to live in fear after being threatened. One of the Managers on Staff mocked our family during this process, over and over. I have made attempts to talk to the new manager, Katie. But all attempts have been evasive, or sarcastic. I do not feel this Company has any other interest in mind, other than making sure I am locked into a lease after I was told I would not be, even though it was a "verbal contract". Some may see this as a dishonest business tactic, and I will be taking this up with local authorities so they may be aware of these "unfair practices". It is well known in the legal world that the offer of a verbal contract is very non professional. There has been no attempt to fix the problem. Only very weak willed attempts at intimidation through how the office staff is trained. And not very good training if you ask me. I hope this info works to help the next person they pull this on. And please know, I am not done. I will make every attempt I can to make sure others do not fall into this trap. Thanks so much for your time. -

Property is charging for utilities that have already been paid, although proof of payment from my bank has been provided. I am also being charged for damage inflicted by their contractor. Brooklyn, the assistant manager, already stated in email correspondence that the charge would be removed. It has not. Our rear window was shattered by their contractor as well, and our emails and phone calls have been unanswered.

To whom it may concern,All utilities are billed in arrears - residents do not receive their first utility bill until 6-8 weeks after move-in. At the end of their tenancy residents receive their last and final bill which brings their account up to date allowing it to be closed out. Please see the attached final bill - the resident was not charged for any carpet damages and has had a 0.00 balance owed since 2017.
