Be careful with this timeshare property We stayed with every intention of participating in the minute tour the next morning However, we had to unexpectedly leave early the next morning Sedona Pines doesn't care what the reason is If you are a No-Show to the tour, they charge you $for a TINY (trailer)

Our record show on July 11, we notified via email to *** *** we were in receipt of their surrender form and that all necessary documents are complete, they have no further responsibility to Highlands Resort Kaye D* ***

Upon going to the mailbox, I found the *** package and opened itOne letter was not even addressed to usThen we received another letter clearly stating who would be servicing the loan and we were given an account number which I went on line the same day and registered to see the information which was there on that day 4/3/there was no transaction history but the account was clearly set up.I find this a little perturbing this my question to my friend who is Counsel for TNT, ESPN and a few other network as well as the owner for one of the networksHow can an account be set up find that conflicting it leads me to believe that the real reason is that Sedona Pines has an issue with the sale being what it is and is now finding a way in not honoring the saleI believe that the price is the issue and they have an issue with that and now not sure what to do.I do not believe that the individual read the complaintLetter clearly states that Concord Servicing will be servicing the accountI do not believe this was just generated like that with the payment coupon as well as addressed specifically to us Accounts are not just get created like that. We are extremely upset by the response and no apologies and trying to back out of the deal, that is why I said deceptive practices*** should have had the diplomacy to call and try to alleviate these issues by pacifying the clientInstead she made the decision that she did without trying to understand why the client is upsetThat is not proper customer serviceIf she was offended my our note, then we apologize but she needs to put herself in our shoes and see why did the client do this, is there a reason why the client is upset and what can be done. Ultimately this boils down to the fact that they do not want to honor the sale and we believe is a result of the price and the points that we would receive.We want a resolution and it is not the resolution *** decided to proceed with.They may not care but for us it is the principle of the situation.I also read quite a few comments on them and it left me blind sided. I understand it was explained that the card was refunded on September 13th however the check had not cleared our account and normally takes additional time (to days). We do show the refund was sent in half the time on 9-29-14. Please let me know if you need

I am uncertain who would ever hang up on any customer calling in with questions, and I see that he admits we assisted with an extension on the usage after two years and it had expired, even though we were not required to and he used it. Again “It’s my understanding had the question arisen about All Inclusive it would have been explained there are extra fees associated with it and the client would have been taken to the RCI website and shown the fees that would be associated with it and or the Resorts that offer All Inclusive.” This was a temporary purchase of a sampler timeshare product to determine if they wanted to purchase a full package after it had been utilized and at that point if they chose to purchase a full package we would transfer the amount to the full purchase We will not refund his membership purchase because we have gone beyond and assisted with extending an expired membership, he has used the product and now states he was told something that was never said in an attempt to get his money back *** ** ***

The rescission period is 7days the purchase was on August 16. 2014 we have no record of any contact by this Member until August 29, 2014 well past the rescission period.  If they can provide me with an email or letter written and received within the 7days requesting to cancel I will honor it.  I have attached a copy of the Purchase andMembership Agreement please note on page 3 item #17 in large bold print just above their signatures, it explains the rescission period and the requirement ifthey decide to cancel they are to deliver written notice.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.[redacted]

Once the funds are released we will consider this a satisfactory resolution from Sedona Pines. The business did provide options but not to places we desired to go.  We still maintain that the agency should have been more open to inform us that their program works best if you plan at least six months in advance. Our lives don't fit into tat mold and the program doesn't for us. I didn't expect to get anything back even though they got $2000 from us and we got nothing in return. That is probably why the program is doing so well since there are many other people like us out there who are in the same situation. It would seem to me that if a company was concerned about its image, that it would go to great lengths to treat their customers fairly.

We are the ones that have been trying to contact them numerous times, we have received letters that gives us the same options that we already told them we can commit to.We are aware that we are in default and that is why we have been trying to find a solution, but they have been very nonchalant and very rude about our situation, its true that we are out of the country and that is the main reason why we cannot continue with this membership, we had very bad luck with some investments and our business.That is why we involved Revdex.com because we are desperate.

To whom it may concern,In this reply from the [redacted]’s they are continuing to repeat themselves on issue stating we have not responded or have not contacted them, please see two attached signed certified return receipts via US Mail. First one dated October 17, 2017 the last one dated November 16, 2017 that outlined our settlement options.  We have spent 6 months with the [redacted]’s who signed a legal binding contract on April 13, 2014 and have refused our options to stay out of default and on their contractual agreement. In a final attempt to move forward we will give a final offer of $4,960.00 that must be paid in full within 10 days or the reporting status will remain as a default.  Once the settlement has been received they will have no further financial obligation to Sedona Pines Resort / Sedona Pines Vacation Club and the account will be reported on their credit as “Settled for less than amount owed”Please note they are not have any trouble using the product and as far as we are concerned there will be no further negotiations of a settlement for this defaulted account they are legally responsible for.We as that you close this complaintThank you, Kaye D[redacted]

This fact is not true! We never spoke with anyone named Greg P[redacted] or Kaye D[redacted], VP, or anyone until March 06, 2017. I did in fact receive a telephone call from a Cynthia V[redacted], Customer Service Specialist, on March 06, 2017 whom was very personable on the telephone, stating they would like to take care of said issues. Which in fact they never can because they never have a pet room available. We did speak and she suggest that we could in fact use her RV space. I told her to send me all her contact information and after I spoke with my husband I would contact her ­which I have not because Sedona Pines RV spot will not work either for us since theyonly have back ins.Please review said documents sent by Sedona Pines Resort, to the AttorneyGeneral's Office from Vice President Kaye Ou Van -the complaint in which is[redacted] is for a [redacted]. Sedona Pines is obviously trying to put the wool over the Attorney General's office and the Revdex.com.They also stated in said letter that they would refund us $1,245.00,  we in fact have not received a said refund and will NOT except this refund - we will except nothing less than what we paid, $8,890.00 plus the phony maintenance fees of $502.00. Nothing LESS!As I have stated before something needs to be done about these charlatans, I would love nothing more than a class-action suit be brought against them as there are so many complaints on time-shares companies. Do you know of any law office that could or would handle said case?These time-share's sale's persons and owners I operators ought to be held accountable for all their lies and deceitful sale's practices, we purchased this in good faith takingthem on their words. As it is you cannot find pet rooms at the time-shares, and RCI stated they don't take pets unless they are service animals. At the time of the tour they showed us very nice units not trailers it just a trailer park.As you can see the dates, names and Revdex.com account numbers do not add up how can they tell the Attorney General's office that it had be satisfactorily resolved when in fact I did not speak to anyone until the 6th  of March.Also, someone should look into the status of their non-profit corporation?

After phoning [redacted], she agreed to come to meet with me in Sedona.  She, her husband and children came to Sedona Pines.  We toured the property and went over the RCI website.  We reviewed policies of some of the resorts which caused some initial confusion.  We discussed their...

displeasure with at the original time of purchase.  At the end of our time, we had not fully come to a conclusion of resolve, however we are working towards that.  We provided complimentary family tickets to [redacted] for their afternoon use prior to driving home.  I am available for future assistance in using their ownership to the fullest satisfaction.  We will continue to be of service and assistance for them as needed.

We received a welcome letter from Highlands Resort which included the statement "For attending your annual RCI update presentation some of the above activities are complimentary" Then on arrival, the resorts brochure stated "Schedule an RCI Update session and discover how you can optimize the changes and advantages of 'RCI Points'". We scheduled the presentation, knowing that of course it would be a sales pitch as well. However when we started asking the salesperson questions about how to best utilize our points, she couldn't answer them. She called in the Broker, who adamantly stated that they were not RCI employees, and if we had questions call RCI. He further very rudely disparaged our experience of using points for cruises or hotel stays. He lost a potential sale, as we told both of them, "this was advertised as an RCI pitch about utilizing points, but if you can't do that, why would we want to buy and unit and get more points."

I would never recommend Sedona Pines to anyone as a timeshare. You can never get reservations even on the free time they give you. My first question to them is it easy to stay just for long weekends and they answered "absolutely" Well that was a straight out lie. I called numerous times to make reservations 3 to 4 months in advance and they never have availability. Now stuck with a Law group trying to get us out of this mess and Sedona Pines attorneys are not even responsive. STAY AWAY- Still waiting to be refunded

I rebut based on1. #2 was offered as free travel which I was called on the telephone, also I have an e-mail stating $198.00 is non refundable.2. The salesperson specifically told us we could resale back if we changed our minds and gave us her personal cellphone number.Please reopen our file.[redacted]
