To whom it may concern,This is a response to [redacted] & [redacted] that was previously sold to [redacted] reference ID [redacted] , 1st of all she did not purchase her vehicle in June as claimed by her but it was purchased on 5/4/ She knows she bought the vehicle and she was offered a warranty during her purchase and declined She calls over a month later saying she could not start the vehicle There was nothing I can do and she needed to get it to a mechanic I advised her to get it looked at and fax an estimate over which did on 6/11/and we will see if the owner we sold the vehicle for will help her No one agreed to pay for her repairs axit was over a month and she did not purchase any warranty.Attached is the bill of sale showing purchase on 5/4/15, Buyers guide which she signed, and warranty waiver also signed by her It is unfortunate that this has happened but problems with used vehicles can occur at any time.Regards,,Steve W***Sellallcars

Therefore I should have been issued a refund!

*** OWNER KALID M*** WRITES HIS OWN GOOD REVIEW - SHAME! *** *** READ ALL REVIEWS ESP ON GOOGLE!!! *** - Looked to be a reputable place because of how they photograph their cars & the cleanest car with low miles - Because I live hours away, this would be a purchase site unseen and looked for their honesty to ensure I was making the right purchase - I was told by my salesman, Frank, that other than a few scratches on the car, this was a perfect car because it was also a corporate car - I was told no mechanical defects and other than a few scratches their was no major flaws - I was told the cars are thoroughly checked by an onsite mechanic - I was told the cars are detailed before delivery - I gave a deposit of $1,on 3-8-to hold the car - I made my final payment on 3-18-(my birthday) -
I made arrangements with a transporter they recommended to have the vehicle picked up and was done so and delivered to me at my office on the same day on Tuesday, March 29th at 6:20pm (cost $250) and it was then negative discoveries were made- I called and spoke with the receptionist, Katelyn, to make sure the pick up went well with the transporter and I asked her if the car had been cleaned and she assured me it was(It wasn't) - When the transporter arrived, he couldn't get the car started (one of the two keys didn't start the car) - The car was FILTHY on the exterior as if it had been sitting outside for a whileThe writing was still on the windshield in yellow marker with yr, make, model and price - Both the roof liner and material lining the A and C pillars were coming off and falling down(never shown in their pictures of told to me) - I got in the car and turned on the radio ( it didn't work) - I turned on the wipers to clean the windshield because it was so dirty before I took it for a spin (Wipers were shot) - I took it for a spin (the brakes were goneI had it looked at and it needed both front and rear rotors and pads) - Finally I asked where the title wasThe transporter said they did not give him one-
I called to address the issues right away and spoke with KatelynFrank nor the manger was not available (surprising) - When I asked about the brakes and wipers, she now told me not all cars get looked at because their mechanic is not full time and it was possible my car may not have been looked at, that they try their best to look at each one- When asked about the cleaning she told me the car must have gotten dirty on the way up (not possible on a 1/hour trip on the back of a flat bed with no rain) so when I brought up the writing left on the cars windshield and emailed pictures, she didn't know what to say- I asked to speak with a manager - He agreed at that point they would pay for the brakes (so I had them done, I have the receipt, haven't sent it to them yet ) I asked about the title, he said they don't send up titles with the transporter incase they lose them but assured it would be mailed out right away- Two weeks went by, still no titleCalled and spoke to Katelyn who said she would get back to me, but never did- Another week went by, called againspoke to a sales person who said he would get back to me once he spoke to the person who is in charge of that dept comes in but he too never got back to me - Called the next day ( I was furious at this point ) I was told by Katelyn who said she had no idea why I was calling but somehow knew the sales person I spoke to and told me he had gotten sick and went home but she would have a manger call me as soon as one had come in because she was the only one beside the detail guy there, the detail guy that didn't clean my car thoWhen I brought up the reason for my call and stated my reasons why this was so important, it was now at this point I was told titles take between weeks and days to get but once again I never heard back from anyone-One week goes by again, I call back and she tells me she has the title in front of her and would be mailing it out weeks later- Finally got title - after harassing them with phone calls, got owner Kalid Malik to agree to return $for necessary repair and asked me for my paypal informationI gave it to him and now 1/mo later I still have not received payment and I have it in writing but refuses to take my phone call or answer my messages

To whom it may concern,
This is a response to *** *** & *** that was previously sold to *** *** reference ID ***, 1st of all she did not purchase her vehicle in June as claimed by her but it was purchased on 5/4/
She knows she bought the vehicle and she was offered a warranty during her purchase and declined She calls over a month later saying she could not start the vehicle There was nothing I can do and she needed to get it to a mechanic I advised her to get it looked at and fax an estimate over which did on 6/11/and we will see if the owner we sold the vehicle for will help her No one agreed to pay for her repairs axit was over a month and she did not purchase any warranty.Attached is the bill of sale showing purchase on 5/4/15, Buyers guide which she signed, and warranty waiver also signed by her It is unfortunate that this has happened but problems with used vehicles can occur at any timeRegards,,

Dear ***,This is in reference to Case ID ***The winning bidder did win the vehicle on *** at 9:30pmThe next day she wanted to come the next day and I wanted to accommodate her as soon as possible but had an appointment in the morningWe also stipulate on *** to give us
hours advance notice before picking up the vehicleThe owner also had the vehicle at another location the previous day showing it to a potential customer before the auction ending and had to transport it back to our locationUpon transporting it the check engine light came on.The car was leaking gas which is not a problem but the cabin was being filled with fumes in which I alerted her to the concerning issue right away feeling that it would be unsafe to drive, and stated that we would refund her money but we still needed to have the vehicle checked out by a mechanicShe said we were lying and she still wanted her vehicleWe gave her time to respond as well as to come see the vehicle for herself but we did not get any answer from her at allAs of current she has been refunded her $depositAnd I have attached the copy as proof.Thank you

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Sell all cars is absolutely not telling the truth. I was never rude nor threatening. They were rude and threatening to me as I previously claimed.  The E bay auction didn't end until March 13, 2016 9:41 pm. The business was closed at auction end. Sell all cars stated that I waited 4 days to contact them. That too is a lie. Their policy states that I have to contact them with 3 days of auction end. If I contacted them on March 16, 2016, then that's clearly within the 3 days. Sell All Cars claim of 4 days is absolutely not true, because the 4th day would have been March 17, 2016! Therefore I should have been issued a refund!I did participate in what was suppose to be an independent review from [redacted], however Sell All Cars paid the independent to review the case. Therefore I don't believe that they could be fair or unbiased. As you could see in there biased review of the case. This was my response back to [redacted]:The don't believe that the decision is correct. The Reviewer wrote:  The listing clearly states that full payment is due within three days of the purchase. The Buyer did not pay in full or contact the Seller within this time frame to cancel the sale. I clearly stated in the forum that-I contacted the seller on 3/16/16 reference to canceling the transaction and refund my $500 deposit. Which is clearly within the 3 days. So therefore I find the Reviewers claim as absurd! The vehicle listing end on March 13,2016 at 9:41pm

Sept 22, 2016I am responding to a claim regarding [redacted] ID [redacted], 11 yr old vehicle was sold in AS-IS Condition. Even though we may sell all vehicles in AS-IS condition. We do stand behind the vehicles we sell for 5 days for mechanical problems not cosmetic issues. It is the responsibility...

of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. We try to make every reasonable effort to disclose any known mechanical defects associated with this vehicle is shown in the listing and at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Not sure why buyer thinks this is a joke but demanding a refund of 1700 is hardly a joke. This centers around a refund of 1784.00 for painting the vehicle. The narrative clearly states, the paint is in overall good condition, and to see the photos. It never stated the vehicle was in mint, flawless, excellent condition, etc. and referred to the photos, There were multiple pictures in the photos showing the exterior of the car and the paint. Buyer tried to repair it himself and resulted in making it worse. Initially he wanted 1000 refunded, then he wanted 1784.00 for the repairs. Each time we speak with him there is more stuff wrong and he wants more, this is absolutely ridiculous. These are the photos in the ad, showing the gloss was peeling on both sides. Buyer clearly already saw them he then says he tried to repair and paint it himself, which may have caused more damage to the paint, unfortunately buyer does not qualify for any refunds,Regards
