 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was not given a bill of sale and had to send multiple emails to have one sent to me. This business is dishonest. They sell cars online without disclosing things that are wrong with the car, and then threaten to not send the title if you give them negative [redacted] feedback. They should be investigated.

December 30, 2015Dear [redacted],This is in response to Case ID [redacted], buyer had purchased his vehicle as-is, But we did reimburse him in full for his bill for his radiator. Buyer already has his title and 200 paymenthas already been made for his vehicle.Thank you,Steve

Mr. [redacted] won an [redacted] auction on 3/13/2016. Mr. [redacted] states that he contacted us to cancel. And that the seller was very rude and threatening." is not true and unfair. Buyer did contact us on 3/16/16 to tell us he was canceling the transaction. Buyer fails to mention We Waited 4 days...

for buyer to come and pay for the vehicle violating the payment terms of 3 days, He calls us on the 16th and first asks if the vehicle is still there. The secretary stated yes. He stated he was calling to cancel because his reason was that “it was on [redacted] before, and the previous buyer left positive feedback". Even as admitted by him in the forum. That is an absurd reason (The grievous buyer was unable to get financing. He understood that his deposit was nonrefundable and we had to wait a few extra days for him to get an answer from his bank. We do work with everyone and we were able to resolve it amicably.) This buyer inquired about the previous transaction and why it was relisted. We explained the issue, it gets relisted due to mostly "deadbeat bidders" [redacted] lingo for people that win auctions and do not pay, make up excuses as to why they cannot pay, or just avoid contact completely and yes it is frustrating when it happens.  Otherwise we would not have to waste more time and money and relist it.  We asked the buyer to at least come and see the vehicle as he is only one hour away.  He said no and wanted to cancel. (The previous bidder was over 600 miles away and would have had to ship the vehicle) Buyer then accuses us with mechanical issues with the vehicle. We again asked him to come and see it, if he does not like it then we can cancel. This is when he became rude and belligerent again he says no.  We stated that's fine we will not ask anymore.  We have already tried asking him multiple times to complete the transaction. And he refuses to come to even look at the vehicle. After that we stated just like with the previous buyer we will leave him positive feedback and cancel the transaction. He then asked if he does the same he also gets his deposit back. We stated that deposits are non-refundable as stated in the auction. We Stated we can ask the owner about a partial refund. That is when buyer became even more argumentative, irate and threatening. He wanted the whole amount back and said he will be contacting [redacted]. This entire ordeal is not even about the vehicle itself. If buyer would even just came to see the car he would be pleased with it. But instead he keeps making accusations and utilizing other reasons etc. to justify his excuse. He refuses to come into pay for the vehicle. Now wasted over a week when vehicle was supposed to be paid for in three days as per company policy. We were going back and forth then he leaves negative feedback. If anything buyer's rude behavior is inexcusable. This is absolutely, ridiculous and unfair, we have done everything we could possibly do to get the buyer to complete the transaction. Buyer also fails to mention we've attempted to call back multiple times after he abruptly hung up on our conversation. The previous winner on [redacted] had to cancel for financial difficulties, not “because it was on [redacted] before". And it is relisted again. Buyer will NOT be getting any Refund as his reason to cancel on the basis that it was on [redacted] previously is absolutely Ludacris. There is no reason to relist a vehicle if a transaction is completed, we wojld rather have a vehicle sold, than go through the entire process of relisting costing more [redacted] fees and waiting an additional week for the auction to end. We even took it up with [redacted] and they stated buyer violated [redacted] Policy.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have not spoken to anyone at their dealership who introduced himself as a manager or  person in charge,  However I did talk to at person  who called  himself Steve and he requested  written estimates So per his request, I faxed  them  twice.  The first set was "lost".  One of the paint estimates did quote quote some $1700, but at no time did I demand that amount.  I did demand $1,000 to repair the external warning air sensor, the missing spare  tire, the repair to the keyless entry system, the missing spare tire, the paint repair, the broken cd player, and the sticky top.  At no time did anyone at their  dealership cal me  to make any amends other than one email they sent me offering $150.  This would have been a token. However, to end the matter, I suggested $250.   But I never heard from them again, causing this complaint and bad  feedback.

January 6, 2016 To whom it may concern,I am writing to you on behalf of Sell All Cars in Plymouth Meeting, PA. My name is Rich P[redacted] and I am a sales manager here at the dealership. I was the person in charge of handling the "deal" with [redacted] on the 2008 [redacted]. Her mother and...

she came in on April 22,2016 to look at and test drive this vehicle. They absolutely loved the car and wanted to hold it until the weekend, so that her husband could come down with the difference for the total amount to pick it up. They put down a nonrefundable deposit of $ 1000 and were to come back that Friday to pick up the vehicle. I put the car aside for them and had it detailed for pick up Friday, March 25, 2016. Friday came and went and they never showed up. I did try calling both [redacted] and her mother, as they left me both phone numbers, No one answered any of my phone calls that Friday or Saturday, March 26. The three weeks following this "deposit", I called both phone numbers for [redacted] and her mother and no one would answer the phone or return my calls. 1 took our car off of the market for this entire time, as well. In fact, [redacted] shut her phone off for ten days, so I would leave messages for her mother’s phone, while texting [redacted]’s, Finally, her mother called us back roughly 3 to 4 weeks later to say they did not want the car, that her husband decided against it and they want their $1000 back. I was VERY polite with her and tried to explain that deposits are nonrefundable and we had the car off of the market for almost a month's time waiting to hear from them. She did not try to contact me or anyone here at the dealership for that entire month. I gave them my office and cell phone number, but they just ignored my calls and made ZERO attempts to contact me.After speaking with her, I did offer her $500 back (half of the deposit) out of kindness and she would not accept it and hung up on me. I then called her back to offer it again and she said she wanted all or nothing.Thank you in advance and please contact me with any further questions or concerns.Rich P
