I was a bit skeptical but I sent them laptops last week after being quoted what I felt was a fair price Upon receiving they said one of them had a crack in the casing (which it very well might have) and deducted $from the total quote I felt that was fair for the damage they claimed to be seeing I was paid the day after they received my laptops I will definitely be doing business with them again My only suggestion would be to add photos of the damage you find when you email a client about deducting from your original quote Other than that, I couldn't be happier! Great company

I think the company can do better than that To say most people have replaced 4-and the problem is solved is one thing but we replaced and it broke again Obviously there is more of an issue than the tip ends

Sent them a Dell laptop and was quoted $Then they tell me the hard drive is broken and cut the offer down to $I don't trust that this is true but what choice do I have? I suggest you have a professional verify the condition of your electronic before mailing it in in case they make up problems that don't exist to short change you

There is not a "written warranty"We warranty the rods, hubs and corners of the blinds as long as they are in useI have offered to send rods, tips or whatever they need to repair the blindsThe fact is that the blind is over a year old and I really don t think any company would give a refund after an outdoor product has been used that longI would be more than happy to supply as many rods as they would like, even up to the that are in there.

Our policy is that we do not accept returnsWe have a warranty that covers all major issues that could arise with a blindI am still more than willing to send tips to repair the blind

I have addressed the issue with Mr. [redacted] I spoke with him today via telephone on my way home from [redacted]. My package was damaged in shipping, and a new one will be sent out tomorrow and I will be contacting [redacted] with a tracking number for that package. There was a response to a Facebook...

I was paid the day after they received my laptops. I will definitely be doing business with them again. My only suggestion would be to add photos of the damage you find when you email a client about deducting from your original quote. Other than that, I couldn't be happier! Great company.

This company is awesome!!!! I get my money the same day they receive the product. I will continue to use this company and refer to my friends.

The whole process took about a week and I have a check for the full amount they offered me. Avoid This company like the plague, a $230 part out got bumped down to $10.00 And Shipped back to me, Avoid them like the plague!

I sold my laptop to LaptopTraderExpress, they sent me a check, and the check which they sent me bounced.In February of this year (2013) I sent in my MacBook Pro to be sold to LaptopTraderExpress at their quoted price (which they guarantee, or so they say) of $432. After assessing the laptop they told me they would only give me $100 for it. Due to personal time constraints, I did not have the time to send it elsewhere, so I agreed to sell it to them for the reduced price. They then sent me a check for $100 in the mail. I cashed the check at my bank, and one month ago (September 10th) the check bounced, leaving me without the $100 and with an additional $27 charge. I have tried calling LaptopTrader Express several times over the past three or four weeks at different times of day but they never answer their phones. I e-mailed LaptopTraderExpress one week after the check bounced, and they did respond to the e-mail, requesting further information from my bank about the check. After corresponding with LaptopTraderExpress and my bank I finally obtained the record they were seeking, and sent it to them. I received no reply. I e-mailed them again, a week or so later, but still I received no reply. I have since tried calling them, but they still do not answer their phones. I have employed every method I can think of to contact them, but they are not responding.Desired SettlementAt a minimum, the funds I have lost need to be recovered. That includes not only the $100 check, but also the fee I was charged because the check bounced. LaptopTraderExpress has a record of both the check and the fee for the bounced check at this point. If they wish to obtain further information they can speak with my bank-they have already given me everything they have on the check and the fee for it bouncing to my knowledge. (My bank is the Department of [redacted].) If desired I have recently set up a [redacted] account and I can receive the $127 payment through that method instead, if it would avoid these difficulties. I do wish that I had received the quoted price ($435) as I was promised I would receive, which was my reason for choosing LaptopTraderExpress over other options, and I think that it would be more honest to have paid that out in the first place, but this business at least needs to pay me for what should be in my bank account, $127, from that check.Business Response The customer [redacted] waited few months to cash the check and the account was closed in the mean time.We already sent him a new check for $127 (to also cover the bank return fee).We notified Gabriel about sending a new check.
