I sent it in a like new laptop and the company replied back and said that the laptop was defective and that it didn't power on.This laptop was a brand new [redacted] Aspire switch that I purchased only one month prior it was in perfect working condition. I received a quote from sell broke.com for $250, I accepted their quote and after receiving the laptop the company sent me an email stating that the laptop was defective and that it didn't power on and that they would only offer me $60 for it. I took pictures of the laptop before I sent it showing that it was in perfect working condition and shipped in its original packaging. There is no way that this company is correct in their statement.Desired Settlement I want the original price I was quoted for the laptop of $250 or my laptop sent back to me in the same working condition as I had sent it.Business Response We're sorry you had a problem with your transaction. After receiving our shipping box and prepaid shipping label for free [redacted] sent us old and broken computers. We could not honor the original quotes since we received different machines. We do have the very exact models of [redacted]'s laptops listed on our website. Yet she decided to quote herself for more expensive ones expecting us to pay more after being threatened with negative Revdex.com review. We can provide all our communication if needed.[redacted] didn't accept our lowered offer and we proposed that she pays only for return shipping in order to get the laptops back since this was her mistake. We already covered two way shipping; of the empty box and of the laptops to us. [redacted] refused our offer being rude and vulgar. We decided then to return the laptops to her free of any charge. We shipped both laptops back to [redacted] yesterday (01/13) at our expense. We provided [redacted] with the [redacted] tracking number for the return [redacted] on (01/13) [redacted].com shows that the shipment was already processed on 01/13Now we not only lost our money to ship laptops back and forth because of [redacted]'s mistake, but this review if posted will count against our online reputation that we take great care and pride of.

Awful communication and poor customer service.Laptop was worth less than what I was told. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks after sending it in. E-mailed them and was told that if I wanted it back, I had to pay $25. I told them that I would just take the check even though it was less than what I bargained for. Never got a reply. The laptop we received was a different model than originally quoted for: HP Pavilion DV6 (with a broken screen) $60. We received an older model: HP Pavilion DV6000 and we offer $18 for one with a broken screen. This can be verified online at [redacted]All our offers are posted online and available for our customers before they decide to do business with us. We are not responsible if someone selects a different laptop model.
