I am rejecting this response, they claim to address the issues of the customers and work with integrity,love and honesty, how on earth a broke person who is medically unfit can have time and energy to dispute through mediationI cannot continue business with the suspended amazon account and will never be able to open another oneFor heaven sake, do not hit a person so hard and be cold-blooded and ruthlessI have a family with three kids, two of them have speech issues, right now my family is torn apart due to my massive depressive disorder issueI can't take the anxiety and depression pressures in my lifeI have been getting suicidal feelings due to the fear of paying back the credit card balances of $28,000.I have not been sleeping since the suspension of amazon accountI have been taking heavy dosage of anti-depression pills to get back to work, but unfortunately have received two memos from the HR due to declining performance, very close to loosing my job that pays my monthly billsMy heart rate is pounding, going through frequent diarrhea issues due to this stress, my weight is pounds because of sudden loss of appetite,can't sleep,and the failure and suspension of amazon account is haunting me day and nightHow come with these conditions, I can leave my residence in Michigan and start the arbitration case in the state of Minnesota. Please refund my amount for God sake, Is human life above the man made laws and policies?I have been reporting the financial and health crisis of my life since the beginning of Feb Sellers Playbook!, please! do not play with my life, I beg and plead to refund the payments I made and get me out of this situationThere is no way I can continue with your program as I lost all the privileges to do business on amazon anymore. Do not be so merciless and mean to a person who have been sincerely and honestly begging to get the refundPlease Please for god sake, refund my amount. I can't stress enough on my situation

as stated in the original complaint, I received no help finding items to sell which was all part of the sales pitchWhat was presented and promised did not match what happened after the saleI am still requesting a full refundIn addition I should not have to pay to go through any arbitration to resolve thisIf they truly feel they are a company in good standing, then they should do what is necessary to have a happy customer

What a vague and detail lacking responseSpoken like a true con-artistThat's what Sellers Playbook is. They are just trying to silence us from telling people what they are really about. And that's money...for them. They will make you all kinds of promises and will follow through with exactly none of it. They will offer you a contract that's really wordy, and in the end, just talks in circles without truly accomplishing anythingWhen you are unhappy, they will threaten and bully you. All it takes is a simple google search to learn what these people are about, and you won't find anything good, that doesn't come directly from them, of course. As far as breaching our contract goes, the contract was breached by them first, so is no longer applicable to our situation or our actions. We will tell anyone and everyone who will listen that this company is nothing but a gigantic SCAM, preying on ambitious entrepreneurs

I am rejecting this response because:
We reject their response and request a refundWe have not used any services, what was made was one min call (which was explained in class as the first to be free during the class) and nothing elseThey may keep the $1500, but a refund for $is necessaryWe do not wish to be affiliated with this company that is unfair to consumers They are not in our best interest and we understand that, therefore we request a refund

Ms. [redacted] was refunded November 14, 2017 at 8:06:27 AM PST which incidentally was ahead of us receiving notification from the Revdex.com about this matter.  Please refer to the attached PayPal documentation and we consider this matter closed.

We have a binding contract and are not going to cede our rights to the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:
All the facts that I mentioned on my complaint are absolutely representative of the true. Sellers Playbook did not provide with the service they offered in the contract, and they were paid for. If they have any interest on resolving this matter, I suggest they accept working with Revdex.com and myself in order to resolve this matter quickly and in a good faith. I keep my position to have Revdex.com continue handling this complaint, and take the necessary steps to reach a resolution in this matter.
