being said, we have a contract with the buyer which allows them to pursue dispute resolution through binding arbitration conducted by a professional, neutral arbitrator if they so desire.  Thus far, the buyer has evaded this process, first with American Express and now the Revdex.com. We believe the facts of the matter support us and welcome the opportunity to present them in the mutually agreed upon neutral forum.  Since that mutually agreed upon forum is the proper place to present both sides of any dispute that may exist, we will not argue or disclose our case on the Revdex.com’s public website. Again, we thank the Revdex.com for the work they do on behalf of consumers and encourage the buyer to pursue their right to dispute resolution if they truly believe the facts support their claim.
