I'm 71 and have bought a few cars (!), 2 new ones here: Superb dealer in all repects. Nothing is a problem! 1st purchase was highly complex to family trust w/ 2 trade-ins, lacking almost all trust, vehicle, and personal paperwork, yet they handled everything as if routine even into after-hours. I did my pricing homework and got good deals both times considering all. Service always competent, helpful, comfortable w/ waiting conveniences. Salesman Younes R. was especially competent, mgt and finance all super courteous, patient, helpful.

I was assisted by David and my experience was lovely from start to finish. I went to the Sanford, Florida location and David was warm, fun, and a guru at customer service! I would definitely reccomend this particular location and advisor because he is straightforward and genuine (so you do not feel like someone is trying to force a purchase on you).

Luis is ALWAYS my go to when I go to Toyota. His service is outstanding. He always puts your best interest first. His customer service was seriously unforgettable . I will absolutely recommend others to go and visit him for anything.

I took my vehicle here after a vehicle accident in June of 2017. The*** Express Repair Shop "repaired" my trunk and is now telling*** they didn'
I brought my car to David Maus after a Hit & Run Accident while living in Florida in June 2017. The shop was a*** Express Repair Shop meaning that it has a lifetime guarantee through*** as long as I have the vehicle. I was promised the vehicle would be repaired in 3-4 weeks. I was called multiple times saying it's almost complete only to receive a follow up call saying they had found something else wrong with it or an incorrect part was ordered. David Maus Collision repaired my vehicle under one claim including damage on the trunk of the vehicle. The car seemed okay after getting it back close to 2 months later. A few months later I wound up moving back home to NY. A few months after moving home to NY the trunk that was repaired at David Maus started to rust and crack open due to an improper repair. I had then called David Maus to see if they can pay for it to be properly repaired or give me my $500 deductible to put towards the $1,200 repair they had created. The manger was rude and said I had one choice and that was to drive from NY to Florida to have the same false repair completed a second time, to which I politely declined. After such a false repair I had explained that I simply lost faith in there service and any hopes of it being repaired the right way. I've since then reached out to my*** Adjuster to have the claim repaired through them since it was a*** Express Guarantee Shop. At this time David Maus had told my NY Adjuster that they never fixed the trunk of the vehicle. I have never had this vehicle repaired anywhere other than David Maus Collision Center. Not only will they not guarantee the repair, replace my money, or allow*** to approve a proper repair of this original claim but they are now changing their story that they never touched the trunk of the vehicle. David Maus is stating that it was previously repaired somewhere else and they didn't fix it at all. I have the*** Estimate which lists paint , labor, and trunk emblems as part of the repairs that were completed on the trunk. I feel like I was totally deceived and stomped on but not only David Maus Collision Center but*** as well.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have this repair completed and have David Maus either refund my deductibles of $500 and $300 for the repairs or I would like they to pay for all of the extra damage that their false repairs have cost me not to mention all of the estimates I've had to get and time wasted trying to resolve this issue for months on end. My NY *** Adjuster Rob reached out to them today to see if they will refund my deductibles and suddenly they are claiming to never have repaired my trunk at all. A few months ago when I called them they knew exactly what I was talking about and were willing to fix it if I drove 1,200 Miles to Florida for a repair they completed improperly.

Incredible service... got an email for my 10,000 mile service and stopped by. I got greeted before I opened my door and was in and out quickly. They did a full inspection and told me everything was great. I'll be back in 5,000 more miles. Thanks for the great experience!!!
