We have ordered the light for the installer to go back out and fixI have spoken to the customer.? Thank you.? ?

I live in a second floor apartment and needed to purchase a curved chairlift because I have Muscular Dystrophy so I hired Senior Bath & Home in late October, In my contract it stated it would take to weeks for installation time The contractors took the necessary measurements and pictures needed They then contacted the company they do business with who makes the chairlifts with the information and the company said they would not build it because it would be unsafe for meThe contractors came back to re-measure to put the chairlift on the opposite wall (right side from the top) As you descend my stairs from the top there is a door at the bottom left to go outside and on the right there is a door to a bedroom on the first floorSB & H wanted to extend the track to go into this bedroom on the first floor residency Between myself and the owner of the house this was NOT an optionThey explained they would have to reverse the bedroom door and cut a hole into it, like a doggy door for the track to go through They also said I would have to get off the chair before entering the bedroom because my knees would hit the door moulding SB & H suggested to take part of the bedroom space to make that door wider to have full access into that room As we told them before it was not an optionThe whole purpose for them suggesting doing it that way was because the outside door swings in so there would not be enough room for the chair to stop in front of the bedroom door but we told them we would change that outside door to an outswing, which would fix the problemMy salesman came by again to sign for the new drawings and to explain how it would be installed When he was done explaining, I said to him, "as long as it does not enter the bedroom", and he said it wouldn'tIt is now February, I get a call to set a time for installation, the contractor comes upstairs and asked me if anyone from SB & H contacted me about the the chairlift and I said no and asked why The contractor told me someone was supposed to call to tell me they made the track to go into the bedroom, I called my salesman and told him what happened and he said "oh no" , I gave the phone to the contractor to talk to the salesman and heard the contractor say you should of called me to explain the drawings I was so upset and still they tried to convince us to install itThe answer was still noI don't know if they cut this one or built a new oneFinally, 1/months from signing the contract, being stressed, having anxiety attacks because I was unable to leave my apartment, they began installing it the first week of June So much for to weeksI tested it and noticed the battery was weak, (probably because it was sitting in a cold warehouse for months) the chair vibrates going up the stairs and they used black electrical tape to "fix" the broken seatbelt cover A $20,piece of equipment and they use tape to repair a part I contacted the contractor on June 13, he told me he forgot to tell me about the seatbelt and he said he would order a new battery and seatbelt cover and when they came in he would let me know I received a call from SB & H on July to see how everything was going with the chairlift, I told her about the battery and the seatbelt cover, she told me as soon as she gets off the phone with me she will contact the contractor It is now July and I still haven't heard from anyoneI've been very, very patient and no longer can take it anymore, people need to know this happenedA customer should be treated professionally, not have a person from the company raise his voice with an attitude toward the customer My boyfriend called to find out why it was taking so long, as soon as they knew who was on the other end, they hung upReal professional

We have ordered the light for the installer to go back out and fixI have spoken to the customer. Thank you

She is not scheduled yet She had many conflicts before she has been ready for out company to install Now she is ready and I am working with her to have her installed as soon as possible When she is completed I will send over a signed completion certificate stating she is
satisfied. Thanks

Not sure what the customer is rejectingWe just received his signed release and we are issuing the $refund as agreedThis case should be closed

This matter has been resolvedAs a matter of good business, and considering the customer's circumstances, our company has agreed to refund all monies received back to the bank and cancel the customer's loan Through a general release agreed upon and signed by both parties, this transaction is considered null and voidBoth the company and the consumer have no future obligations to the contract

I am signing this release form and have agreed to a $payment and would like to have it in the form of a certified bank check

*** *** purchased a custom WaSafety bathtub and bath remodeling project from our company on August 24, 2016. The amount of our project is $17,548. She requested an additional $12,for her own personal use and this was all financed in one loan at her request through ***
*** *** ***She signed the contract, notice of cancellation and all the loan documents, which explain everything in detail. Also, included in the paperwork was a “payment authorization form” which is signed by the customer to release a deposit of 50% of the contract amountBefore any money is released, the bank does a very extensive call with the customer to review the details of the job, the loan and confirms with the customer that they authorize the 50% deposit to be paid to us for ordering the custom bathtubThis deposit was received by us on September 8, Contrary to *** ***’s statement in her letter to the Revdex.com, we are not trying to collect the full amount of the loanIn fact, the remaining 50% of our job and the $12,in funds the customer requested will not be released until the project is complete. We are trying to complete the project as agreed upon by both partiesIf for some reason, she does not want the big loan that she requested, we can certainly make other arrangements. However, due to the circumstances, this job cannot be cancelled at this timeI am more than willing to work with the customer to get this resolved.See attached documents signed and verified by the customerI can be reached directly at ###-###-####Please feel free to call me if you have any questionsPlease advise

This complaint must have been before we took care of the issue! Customer is very happy with what we did to fix one problem and now knows to deal with the manufacturer on other issues. Thank you

Tell us why here...We're writing in response to the complaint filed by *** ***.*** *** did have a problem with the original chairlift that she purchased which was provided to us by HandicareWe did agree to switch out that chair at no cost because other customers were also
experiencing similar problems with chairs made by that companyIn fact, the national Marketing Group responsible for arranging the manufacturer relationship made a permanent switch from Handicare to ***This is the reason why we offered the customer a heavy-duty upgraded lift manufactured by ***However, contrary to what the customer stated in her complaint, this lift was not "in my garage"It was ordered and received directly from the factory. We do acknowledge that she had some service calls, which were fully covered by her warranty and due to the nature of the circumstances there can be some service interruption if parts needed to be orderedAlthough this can be very inconvenient for the customer, in all cases the problems were manufacture related and our company ordered the necessary parts made the repairs immediatelyWe have a service team that's available days a week.As evidenced by the attached service completion certificate signed by list *** ***, we successfully completed her service on Tuesday April 25th.In closing, the lift it's fully operational and we will be monitoring the situation to ensure that everything is working properly. We're confident that the information provided in this letter will satisfy this complaintNo further service issues exist at this timeSenior Bath & HomeSincerely,Steve B***
