Ms.[redacted] credit report. We did, however, speak to Ms. [redacted] back in July in regard to a different account and that matter has been resolved. If Ms.[redacted] still feels strongly about her credit report please advise her to send us a copy so that we may further investigate the matter, otherwise we will assume this issue to be resolved. May 17, 2017       Re: ID #[redacted]   Revdex.com Northwest Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Attn: [redacted]     Dear [redacted],   Thank you for contacting our office in regards to the above referenced complaint and allowing my office the opportunity to respond.    In our initial response we included a copy of the initial letter that was sent to the consumer on 11/2/16 and let her know we were waiting for validation from our client to send to her.  We received the validation on 5/1/17 and it was mailed to the consumer’s address on 5/2/17.  We have provided evidence that correspondence was sent to her confirmed mailing address once her account was placed in our office for collections.  We have now also provided her with validation from our client, but we have not heard from her other than her response to your office rejecting our initial response.  The consumer needs to contact our office to discuss the validation and status of her dispute so that we may notify our client of the status on the account and make the proper adjustments including any updates to her credit report.   I have included a copy of the initial letter and validation that we have sent to her for your records.   Please forward our response to the consumer so that she knows her complaint has been taken seriously.    Respectfully,     Mark V[redacted] Compliance Specialist 855-740-5514 [email protected]

office in regards to the above referenced complaint and allowing my office the opportunity to respond.   Unfortunately our client was unable to produce supporting documents to validate the account because the purchase was made online.  The account was updated as a disputed debt with the Credit Reporting Agencies once we received this complaint.  We will now submit a request to have the reporting deleted from the complainant’s credit report and the account will be cancelled from our office and returned to our client.  A deletion confirmation letter will be sent to the consumer’s address. If the consumer has any questions or concerns, they may call our Compliance Department at 855-740-3400. Please forward my response to the consumer so that he knows his complaint has been taken seriously. Respectfully,  Mark V[redacted]Compliance Specialist
