To start, we knew very little about websites to be able to accurately explain what we wanted for our new medical staffing agency. The SKDesign Agency took the time to uncover what our real priorities were and took the extra steps in researching our industry to find examples of what we liked most.

From there they built us a custom-designed website from scratch on the WordPress platform -- no use of other developer's themes, as they assured us would be better for our brand for many reasons.

We were also fully-trained [at no extra charge] on editing the backed of the website so we could be able to manage the majority of site edits on our own -- saving us thousands of dollars per year.

I retained SEO America back in December 2018 after being assured they could get me #1 position on Google for two specific terms. At the time I was in the #8 spot, but did some SEO myself in the next two weeks and brought it down to #6. I then left it to them to do what they promised. The result was much of nothing, and in fact I lost position to #8 and #9 in Google listings, which has been consistently down since. I've asked for my money back several times as the only results I've seen are worse than when I started with them -- but all I get are promises I'd be in #1 by July 2019 -- and of course, that was the usual b.s. -- and is over and gone. So, all I can say about them is be very careful what they promise, and don't fork over any cash unless they actually come thru with their promises. For me, I would have been better off without them.

They did not do the service that I paid for instead crash my site and took mt funds.
I hired SEO America to work on my website and in turn agreed to pay them for service. they keep putting it off the finish deadline and when it was completed it was not working.
