First, we didn't receive any phone call or email regarding order cancellation.
Product was send on time and shipping confirmation email with tracking number was send to our customer on March[redacted], 2014. One day after order was received.
We didn't receive any email correspondence from the buyer regarding the product issue.
One Voice message was left by buyer on March[redacted], 2014.
We do have return policy and we accept returns or exchanges, however to do that our customers have to notify us by email to obtain return information. We didn't receive return notification from this specific customer. We apologize our customer for any inconvenience. If he wishes to return product for money refund, he may contact us for more details.

I ordered a 3.4 fl. oz. bottle of Coco Chanel Mademoiselle for my wife, her existing bottle had about a .25 oz. remaining. The item took about 10 days to arrive. When I opened the box and saw the bottle it was obvious that something was wrong. The first item I noticed was that the cap was a very opaque, almost white glass. As I looked at the bottle the next item I noticed was that the gold label was very poorly done, it had streaks running from the top to the bottom, not unlike when my printer is running low on ink. I turned the bottle over to look at the label on the bottom which read " made in Paris", not in France. The real item reads "Made in the USA" ( I checked my wife's bottle and the bottles at Nordstroms and Macy's.) The final item that confirmed that the item was fake was the fact that it smelled nothing like the real thing.

account. I was not aware that a refund to a canceled debit card was possible. With this new information, I am withdrawing my complaint at this time.

don't buy anything from them. they sell knock-off perfumes in original bottles.
this is a disgrace, I got a perfume that smelled like cheap bathroom air freshener for $68! they took it back and refunded me even the original shipping cost, but it does not diminish the disappointment from their rip-off attempt

I went to SEPHORA IN 200 route 38 space [redacted] & [redacted] store number [redacted].
I wasn't looking my best yet I just drive be an 18 hour trip from FL to Nj because I moved back to the area. So I was dresses comfortable not glamorous. So I walk in the store it takes about 20 mins until I'm greeted. Then I am stalked the whole time I'm there every time I'm walking someone right beside me looking in my basket then they have two officers Come in I was the store for about 2 hours or so due to me being a workaholic and mother who puts her child's needs before here so I haven't gotten what I need makeup wise in about 3 years so I wanted to treat myself. I spent over 900$ on my purchase. When I walk to the register so did everyone else and when I left so did the cops can you say discrimination lawsuit I can

Review: To begin, SephoraVip.com leads you to believe it is affiliated with Sephora. It's not. Being a guy and not knowing much about Sephora I believed this was their discount website. You are shown images of the actual colognes/perfumes and with their real brand names, which only leads you to believe you're buying these products at a great deal. After you purchase you get a notification from a gmail account. The shipping information seems legit, but it's not. You never receive a tracking number or confirmation of shipment. I called to cancel my order the day after I order. No answer. When I finally received my shipment, I noticed the packaging is really different from the packaging you get colognes in at [redacted]'s, [redacted], etc. Open them up, low and behold the bottles and colors are different from the real deal. To be sure I was fair I went to [redacted]s and was assured from the fragrance rep I indeed purchased counterfeit fragrance. I called SephoraVip three times, left voicemails, and contacted them through email. I still have yet to receive any contact from them. I wanted to return my merchandise. I do not support counterfeited merchandise and am highly perturbed I'm stuck with money wasted on fake items. Their customer service is nonexistent and products are fake. The entire experience has been over the top ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for being deceived and my money refunded.

[To begin, If you received my Voicemail why was a call not returned back? That's bad business. Not only that, I called several times with no answer. You knew I was not pleased, but instead of practicing good business and returning my call, you ignored my concerns. That's unacceptable. As for your return policy, a description was not found. You simply claimed you took returns on any items bought boxed. No method as to how to go about returning products. Once again, unacceptable. Bad business. Your e-mails come from a gmail account. No professional business runs a company through a personal email account. As far as returning anything now? No thanks. I've thrown your imitation cologne away. I in now way want SephoraVip connected to my banking information again. Not even for a return. It was a big enough hassle changing account numbers. I hope I can save people from falling for your fake fragrance scam.]

Review: I ordered a perfume Chanel Coco Mademoiselle on December *, 2014. I received the wrong product. I called on December *, 2014 to asked for the correct perfume to be sent (the shipping receipt listed the correct order, but the actual product sent was wrong). I was told the correct product would be mailed out next day and a return shipping label would be included to send the wrong product back. On January *, 2015, I called again and spoke with a representative who told me the same thing. On January ** and **, 2015, I am only getting an answering service and the email address on the shipping invoice is not valid.Desired Settlement: I still want to receive the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and get a return shipping label to send the Chanel Chance (wrong product) back.

Review: My Order #[redacted] (placed on December **, 2015 7:34:45 AM EST) was only partially filled. I ordered Chanel Coco Mademoiselle for Women 3.4 Fl.Oz UNBOXED CHMADEWUN x 2 for a total of $116.00. I was charged for both. I contacted the company by phone numerous times. It always goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail but never receive a call back. I sent the same email every week since December 26th with no response. I would like the product shipped or a refund for the missing product credited to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like the product shipped or a refund for the missing product credited to my account.

Review: Online the site advertises that they sell Aqua Di Gio, which is a brand by Armani. What I recieved was not authentic. The name is spelled differently on the bottle than it was in the picture online when I purchased it. It smells nothing like the actual product and the packaging (bottle is also not the same. I contacted them by phone and a woman answered saying that she would be emailing a retun label for me in 10 minutes or so. Since then their website has gone off-line, they are not answering phone calls or emails. I suspect that the company is fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to refund my full amount of $38. I would have never wasted my time and money purchasing a knock off/ novelty item.

Review: On January *, 2015 I placed an order online for a product from SephoraVIP.com without realizing their website was unsecured. I emailed the company during the 7 am CST and left a message at ###-###-#### to cancel the order after realizing the security padlock in the address bar nor the https:/ were present. It was at this time I also noticed the company was not affiliated with Sephora and the security credentials showing on the bottom of their website page were not actually valid. I called a second time that day with no answer at the number listed. At this point after consulting with my bank I canceled the debit card to avoid any fraudulent charges that may have arisen from authorizing a purchase on an unsecured website. Around 2pm CST on January *, 2015 I received a call from a woman at SephoraVIP who advised she could not cancel the order because it was already shipped. She did offer to refund the purchase if I shipped the order back. The product arrived the next day and it was not the product advertised. After contacting SephoraVIP, they agreed to send me a return label and I shipped the product back the same day I received it from the [redacted]. During a phone call two days later with SephoraVIP concerning the refund, I was told she would be able to refund my money to me [redacted] account since I canceled the card due to their unsecured website, a website that has since disappeared from the internet, and to send an email with the email address to my [redacted] account for reimbursement. I sent the email as requested and two hours later I received an email from SephoraVIP stating the refund was processed to the card that I canceled days earlier. Upon speaking with SephoraVIP on January **, 2015 after noticing the refund to my [redacted] account was still not showing, I was informed that they could not refund my money to my [redacted] account and she would have to speak with someone concerning my refund. I was promised an update by phone or email the next day and have yet to hear back from the company concerning my refund.

I would like SephoraVIP to refund my $66.14 as promised. In an effort to protect myself, I canceled my debit card after using their website which was not properly secured and has since disappeared from the internet. I would like a check to be sent to my address for the amount or they may refund the amount to my [redacted] account.

I purchased two perfumes and was sent It was billed to my account and I have still not received the items yet. I was sent a pre pick-up ups and so far this has not shipped I emailed the company and have not received a response yet. Also after using the website to order my products fraudulent charges have shown up on my back statement from other places in the newyork area. I think this is a fraudulent website and channels your information to other fraudulent companies to get your money.

Review: I ordered two bottles of women's perfume on December **, 2014 (posted December **,2014). The order arrived with the proper invoice (2 x @$28 = $56 + $6.50 S&H = $62.50), but only included a single bottle of perfume. I attempted to contact the business several times both via phone ([redacted]), leaving voice messages as my only option, and via email at both [redacted] and [redacted]. I made these contacts over the course of almost a month. I have received no phone or email correspondence from them regarding their error.Desired Settlement: Since they will not contact me and I now see they have changed their website, I would like to receive a refund for at least $28 for the undelivered product.

Review: I placed my order on 12/**/14 and immediately after placing order I saw I was charged $6.50 for shipping. Every page on the website says "Free shipping on all orders over $100". I called customer service to get the shipping charge removed and left a voicemail because nobody answered. I then called back daily because I never got a return phone call and nobody ever answers the phone number ###-###-#### that is on my receipt.

When I received my order on 12/**, only 1 of my 3 items were in the box but the invoice said it included all 3 products. I called customer service and left more voicemails on 12/** and 12/** and 12/** and I have not received a return call.

I did reach a live person early in the morning on 12/** and she spoke with such a strong accent I could not understand her and she said nobody else was available. I think she told me she was re-shipping my order and also sending me a return label via email for the 1 product I did recieve which was very scratched. I did not get an email so I called customer service late on 12/** to double check I understood her correctly and left another message.Desired Settlement: I request a return label for the scratched item I received and 3 more mailed out to me so I can receive them before Christmas. I also need the $6.50 shipping fees refunded.
