Review: I have had nothing but hassle with trying to correct this issue. They have repeatedly sent the wrong item. And I believe the product is not genuine.Desired Settlement: I believe this company is fraudulent so I don't believe there can be a desired outcome other than to refund my money.

Review: Had to call multiple times asking about when my order would be sent out as it was placed weeks prio... I get a woman who answers when I ask about my order she sounded like she didnt know what I was talking about and couldnt find my order.. all of a sudden she says " Ohh it just aerrived today it will be out today" days later it arived. Boot leg. NOT REAL. I returnd the item with the return lable the company provided me with and they put the wrong adress on there own lable so a week later its back at my door!. They asked me to go to the post office and ask why? so the postal worker tells me its not a legal adress! so I tell them this and now I have another lable with the same address on it. they contualy charge my accout for orders I didnt place told me they had a mix up. but this has made my bank account negaticve caused alot of issues. Im a dissabled adult and this was a chirtmass gift that wound up costing me hundreds of dollares because of this compants incomptance.. somethings got to be done they are selling fake merchidice and I dont know what there doing with there billing systems but there charging me for things I didnt order.. this has been goin on for 2 months!Desired Settlement: I want my money back finaly. and I want to be compensated to go back and forth to the post office at there request so I was told the company printed the wrong address on there label! and I want them invest aged there selling knock off products.

After multiple attempts through telephone and electronic communication it took months to finally get a refund after I was sold and knock off product one I asked it to be refunded I was sent the shipping label with the incorrect shipping address to their own company so it showed back up at my door I then had to ship it once more The company deducted multiple charges from my account for this item and didn't refund them until months after but at the end of everything I have been refunded it took three months and it was beyond ridiculous what I had to go through these people have no respect They're running in criminal business in my opinion and something I think the Revdex.com should look into but there's only so much you can do so this is my report they have refunded me I however would suggest never purchasing or even going to this website by using the Sephora VIP name they make one think they're associated with the well-known store chain of Sephora when they are A scam company that has nothing to do with it the actuals for the warning warning warning do not purchase from these criminalsSincerely,

Review: I have tried contacting customer service via email with no response and left 3 messages on customer service voice mail as instructed when you call in, nobody has returned a call either. I purchased items on 12/**/15 that have not yet been shipped. The following day, I got a call from fraud alert services that my card had been compromised. Review: I made an order to Sephora.com and was charged twice. I understand that one is pending but there is no reason to be charged twice. I needed Sephora to send a fax to my bank to have the funds released back to me and they will not comply. I called Sephora a total of 4 times and each time was put on hold for 10 plus minutes to be given the same response. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told outright no, and then I was more forceful and then was transferred to a manager who puy me on hold while I was mid sentence and didn't get back on the phone for 5 more minutes. I had terrible customer service and will no longer purchase anything at Sephora due to their terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the item that was shipped to me as well as have the initial 47.00 returned and the fraudulent 47.00 returned I want the full amount back on both.

Review: I purchased Chanel Chance Tendre for Women 3.4Fl.Oz Unboxed perfume from the retailer. It arrived and is a counterfeit perfume. I went to my local department store to compare and this perfume is not Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. I have been calling and emailing to try and get a refund of my purchase price plus shipping. They state "Shipping cost is not refundable unless we made an error!!! " on their Return Policy page and counterfeit perfume is their error as it states nothing on their description as this being an imitation.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my purchase price, shipping cost, and return shipping cost.

Review: I purchased a perfume from this company's website (Armani Code for women). When I received the product it was a counterfeit item and it didn't say anywhere on the website that the perfume would be an imitation. I've been trying to contact the company to get a shipping label to send the perfume back and get my money back but no one answers the phone. Review: Ordered 3 bottles of perfume back on Dec * 2014 and only received 2 bottles but was charged for all 3. Missing a bottle of Allure by Chanel. Called multiple times to try to talk to someone, but it is a recording that you have to leave your name and number in which no one calls you back. ####-###-####. Review: This site appears to be a SCAM site. I placed an order online December **, 2014. I received an email confirmation of order, as well as a "New Customer" email confirmation. Since then I have received NOTHING. The phone number listed on the "Contact Us" tab is a cell number, no one answers. I have emailed two separate addresses from their website and both have been rejected/non-deliverable. The charge of $55.00 for my initial online purchase went through immediately. It is now January [redacted]...no delivery...no contact...nothing.Desired Settlement: This site needs to be reviewed and their business practices evaluated. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!

Review: I purchased the cologne "Gucci Guilty Intense" when I recieved my product it was counterfeit. Not authentic at all. The authentic bottle is made of pure glass. When I recieved my product bottle was made of plastic and scent was not right. I call the number on the website. It goes to an answering machine that is not professional at all. Sounded like a home phone more than an actual business.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I do not support counterfeit product. And I will not be scammed for my $35

Review: I purchased 5 perfums from this company in good faith. the shipment was not only late, but did not have 3 pieces of my order. the total was for $257.00. Money does not come cheap. I emailed them and left over 15 voice mails with no reply. I have no other alternative to solve this issue. Also, the merchandise they did ship is fraudulent. It was a cheap knock of the original. I contacted this merchant on 12.**.2015 and inquired on 2 perfumes I wanted to order. I'd asked the customer service rep if the perfumes were authentic and she said they were. I asked why the prices were low and she said it was because what I wanted to order were testers and without their original boxes. I placed the order for the 2 perfumes. When I received them, there were very obvious signs they were NOT authentic. I contacted the merchant to send me an RMA number to return the product for a full refund. The merchant sent me a file I could not open. I requested another file for the RMA but the merchant never responded to my emails and calls. I contacted my credit card co to file a dispute on the charge. THIS MERCHANT IS DISHONEST AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Review: We ordered a specific perfume from this web site, it came on Christmas Eve and needed to be signed for, we were not home so I had to pick up at post office after xmas and it was supposed to be a gift. not sure why it had to be signed for. When we opened the box it was a completely different perfume which was not even in a box, which smells really bad and must be some kind of fake stuff. I called the number on the packing slip and left 3 different messages at 3 different times and they never responded- I went online today to get the shipping address to send it back and the websites for this company do not work. They do not have a street address on the packing slip so I could not provide one to you. I paid $42.00 for this fake perfume which is not anything even similar to what I ordered (ordered Gucci Rush, received Channel Coco- but I don't think it really is that perfume.) I wanted them to reimburse me for the perfume and shipping and did not think I should have to pay shipping to return, but all of a sudden the company has seemed to disappear.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a prepaid shipping label to send this perfume that I did not order back to them and I would like a refund for the perfume and shipping cost I had to pay when I placed the order.

Review: Product received from this "company" is not product described. They are falsely advertising their products. Purchased a fragrance that definitely was mislabeled and definitely not the scent it is supposed to be. The product sold is counterfeit. This has been confirmed with pictures taken of the real product in a department store and personal experience with being familiar with the scent. I have made two phone calls to the number provided, where my name and return phone number were stated, and I have not received a return call. I have also sent them email stating my complaint and the fact that I have called. In the email I requested a refund. There has been no response to my email. I have evidence of the calls and of the email.Desired Settlement: This "company" needs to respect their policy. No one should have to contact a company for a return shipment label in order to return a product! They should not be allowed to have a website selling counterfeit products! I expect a total refund of purchase price!
