I had an issue where I purchased an extended service plan with my Nissan Frontier Upon my first service visit the service advisor told me the that I did not have a service plan on my vehicle I told her that I purchased it with the truck so she helped me in dealing with management to make certain I received what I purchased This service representative went above and beyond what I expected to make certain I got what I paid for when I purchased my vehicle I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle
We are having problems with the tire gauge light coming on even thought the tire pressure is accurate We've had it it for service & reset twice and the problem has not been resolved We contacted the dealership (service Manager, ***) and he has not taken the time to return our call Customer service is lacking & also the knowledge to rectify the problem is obviously missing at this dealership
I went to a different dealership for maintenance on my leased Nissan when I first mored to BirminghamI then tried Serra Nissan and was very satisfiedI will definitely continue to use them in the future

I got my SUV from this place and although I like my vehicle and appreciate the no pressure sales guy, the repair service department was the worst. I took my vehicle several times for the same problem and kept having to pay for them to do guess work on my car. Just tell your customers you aren't sure what the problem is and let them go somewhere else. Don't make them pay for a problem when your not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. Other then the service department the place wasn't so bad.
This is by far one of the best dealerships in AL because of its attention to detail and exceptional sales and service departmentsHighly recommended
