I got an oil change recently and the customer service was great! Even though it was the weekend and busier than usual. The associates made sure seating was available, as well as coffee and water for all customers. My car was serviced in no time!

I had an issue where I purchased an extended service plan with my 2013 Nissan Frontier. Upon my first service visit the service advisor told me the that I did not have a service plan on my vehicle. I told her that I purchased it with the truck so she helped me in dealing with management to make certain I received what I purchased. This service representative went above and beyond what I expected to make certain I got what I paid for when I purchased my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle.
