[MESSAGE TO SERVER PARTS WAREHOUSE:   Any company has the right to refuse to do business with anyone, however, when shipments were promised both verbally and in writing, plus payment was accepted for those terms, a contract was made.  It is not unreasonable nor is it demanding for a customer to expect the product as promised and per the contract terms.  It was only after your company couldn't perform their duties as contracted that they backed out and then blamed the customer for the company's error.  No worries - the refund has been received and we will NEVER attempt to do business with Server Parts Warehouse again.  As always, thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.]

Crisis Averted. Thank you SPW!

Server Parts Warehouse has provided all my computer needs for the past five years. The quality and price of their products is competitive and I simply love their product support. Not only have they built 3 desktop systems for me, they also continuously help me maintain them with their invaluable pieces of advice. When I first ordered computer parts for them and told them that I know next to nothing on how to maintain a computer, they told me to just ask them if I encounter a problem. So every time I think there is an issue, I call them right away and they always answer. I swear, SPW must have the most patient people.

Just this week, I noticed some problems with my computer. It sometimes freezes, and sometimes fails to boot up. It doesn’t always happen but the boot error has started happening more frequently. So I called SPW to report my problem. I explained to them what was happening and they told me to run a few tests. When I told them the test results they told me that my hard drive might be failing. They asked me if I have important files on the drive and I said yet as tons of photos and videos of my family are stored in it. They told me to transfer the files and replace the drive as soon as possible. So ordered a replacement drive and later told my son to transfer the files to his desktop. Sure enough, my drive got bricked even before the replacement arrived. Good things all my files are all save with my son’s drive.

I’ve known about the company since when it was just starting. I’ve been its loyal customer for 10 years now and will remain so for another 10. They already assembled 5 systems for me and my family. Their products are in good condition and their prices are fair but it is their outstanding customer service and product support that keeps me in love with them. Computer systems require maintenance and occasional repairs and replacements. Whenever one of our systems shows signs of trouble I just call SPW and they talk me through every step of the solution. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a direct line to computer experts who gladly offer free advice. Thanks to them my systems are very well maintained I’m not ashamed to give them away to relatives when I bring in a new system. The first system SPW has assembled for me I’ve given away to my nephew and it’s been with him for almost 5 years now.

Server Parts Warehouse has taken care of all my computer needs for an entire decade and I am hoping they will continue to do so for as long as me and my family need computers.

My purchase was discounted even though I purchased it before the sale.

One night I noticed that my 8 year old monitor was having a few black lines across the screen so I decided to call Server Parts Warehouse immediately and asked them if they about a good replacement. I was given a few options so I asked the representative to give me a minute to check the options on the internet and I made my choice. The representative thanked me for my purchase, I said welcome, and then I went to bed.

The following morning, while having toast I went to the SPW site to check the progress of my order and found out that the monitor I’ve purchased yesterday is on 15% off today. I called SPW and a representative named Richie answered. I explained the situation to Richie. He said their promos aren’t retroactive but he’ll see what he can do then put me on hold. I wasn’t really expecting anything good after that. About 3 minutes later he returned and said that my order was not on the shipping queue yet so he canceled it and now all I have to do is make the purchase again and I can avail of the discount. I was really pleased and I will definitely shop at SPW again.

I am new to this online shopping thing. I was just encouraged by my daughter to try it because she was concerned that I was still driving to and from the next town whenever I need to buy something that cannot be found in our small little town. Our TV monitor recently broke down so I decided to try the website she gave me http://serverpartswarehouse.com/. I checked the website and looked for their contact number immediately. I don’t like combing through websites so I just gave them a call.

Took a few tries but when I finally connected, a cheerful lady whose name I’ve unfortunately already forgotten answered and asked me what she could do for me. I told her what I need she asked if I have any particular brand or item in mind. I said not really and she gave me a few recommendations. She gave the advantages and advantages of each of her recommendations. She also told me about two promos I can take advantage of. I placed the order and ended the call. I was quite pleased with the experience.

The product arrived 2 days later and it was exactly what I hoped for. Looks like I just found a company I could trust.

I was spared from my wife’s wrath.

Our desktop computer was getting old so I asked my wife if we could spare some cash on getting a new one. She said it would be alright as long as the price is something our household can accommodate. And so with the queen’s blessing I called Server Parts Warehouse and made some inquiries. Some minutes later my selection was finished and the billed totaled $1000 which might be slightly higher than my wife would have wanted but still not high enough to get her mad. Man I slept so soundly that night knowing I will have a new toy a few days later.

When I woke up the following day, I immediately checked my inbox and I was surprise to see 2 confirmation emails from SPW. Each email had its own tracking number so I immediately realized I purchased the items twice. Then I remembered that a representative from my bank called yesterday and told me that there was an issue with my purchase from SPW and that my credit card had been mistakenly declined. The representative told me to just make the purchase again and so I did. And now I have a $2000 bill and my wife is going to be furious.

I know most companies would just take advantage of the situation but I was desperate so I called SPW anyway. A representative named Moira answered and she listened as I explained my predicament. She told me she will do what she can and put me on hold. I was already imagining my wife’s reaction when Moira came back about 2 minutes later to tell me that she had canceled the second order. I breathed a sigh of relief and thanked her. I am forever in your debt Moira.

This review is the first document I’d have created using my new computer system.

I have $750 and so I think I’ve finally saved enough money to assemble my own desktop computer system. I know what kind of pc I want and what I need it to be capable of but I have no idea what brand or parts to get. I know I want one that is fast enough for modern gaming and that I don’t really need huge storage space since I prefer streaming over downloading anyway. I called a few of my friends and Chuck advised me to call Server Parts Warehouse. He told me to not let the name fool me as SPW has everything I could ever need to build a computer system.

I phoned in and the representative forwarded me to someone she said is an expert when it comes to computers. The guy’s name was Roman and he asked me about my budget and everything I plan on doing with the system I plan on building. He asked me to explain in detail, including my preferences in various things such as sound, gaming, etc. He put me on hold for a few times to check on some things. Roughly 30 minutes later, he gave me a list of his recommended components and asked me to look online about their specs. I checked online and was satisfied so I thanked Roman and placed the order.

The package arrived on time and each item worked flawlessly. My new system is exactly what I want it to be. You rock Roman!

I am a very loyal customer. Once I give a company my trust I will stick with it even if another one offers slightly better deals. I have been with Server Parts Warehouse for about 9 years now. I’ve recently moved my family to a new neighborhood because the previous one was becoming to violent for my taste. We only took a few stuff with us so it was time to furnish the new home with some stuff. I decided to get my entire entertainment system from SPW. My wife and I love watching movies so I figured SPW is the only seller I can trust with it.

I bought a desktop computer, monitor, KVM switch, and a pair of DVI adapters. As expected, the package arrived on time and each item seemed to be in good condition. I tried to put the system together but can’t seem to get it to work which was quite frustrating especially for a seasoned DIYer like me. I disconnected and reconnected the cables a few times until I gave up and decided to ask my supplier for help. I gave them a call and Bernie answered. I told him about the situation and he asked me to explain the current setup in exact detail. I complied and he immediately recognized the issue and told me how to correct it. I followed his directions and our entertainment system is up and running. Bernie just reminded me why I remain loyal to Server Parts Warehouse. They are always willing to spare a few minutes to help me out. Highly recommended.

I’ve never heard of Server Parts Warehouse until a friend recommended it to me. I always keep an open mind when it comes to trying out new suppliers and sellers especially if they were recommended by someone I know. I first checked SPW’s website and their collection is massive. I’m one of those freelance work-from-home people who only talk to my clients through Skype so having a decent headset is important to me. My current one has started to have problems so I wanted to get a replacement before it fails completely. I called and told the representative my situation and he gave me recommendations. I took a few moments to check the recommended products online and made my choice.

The price was slightly cheaper than the resellers I know and the product arrived 2 days later, exactly when the representative said it will. I hooked the product up but to my dismay, I soon realized that the headset’s microphone was broken. I called them immediately and the representative apologized and advised me to ship the product back which I did.

4 days later which I guess is 2 days after they received the returned headset, I received the replacement. They even included a mouse pad for my troubles. Server Parts Warehouse is definitely an A+ reseller. Very rarely can you encounter a business that sends replacements as fast as it sends deliveries. The guys at SPW have earned themselves a new customer and I will definitely do business with them again.

Barely a week away from our high school science fair, our team was in some sort of panic as we discovered that the local store does not have the type of resistors that we need for our project. We’ve looked around town and asked around until one schoolmate who is the local electrician’s son told us to check Server Parts Warehouse. He said that it is where his dad gets electrical parts that are not sold in town. We were desperate so we immediately checked the SPW website. And boy was their collection of parts overwhelming.

Pressed for time, I decided to just call their number instead of sifting through their website. I explained our situation and our needs. I asked if they have the Arduino Uno and the Raspberry Pi as well as other resistors kits. The representative put me on hold and came back less than a minute later and said they have everything that I need in stock. I gave them my details and asked for an estimated delivery time. He said it is already late in the afternoon so I can no longer avail of their ‘same-day delivery’. He continued to say that they can ship the parts early tomorrow and they will arrive at my doorstep 2 days later. That would give us only 3 days to work the resistors on our project but it would be enough so I went through with the order. The package arrived on time and the resistors were perfect. We were able to go through with our presentation thanks to SPW.

I’ve been a loyal customer of SPW for almost 7 years now. I run a small internet café of 21 computers and I turn to them whenever I need replacements. My café is full most of the time so a broken pc means a significant loss of revenue. Thus is why I particularly love SPW’s same day shipping policy. As long as they receive the order before lunchtime, they will ship the parts that very day. I can’t even count how many times I’ve purchased from them and not once have they failed me. I’ve recently purchased new fan system for the pc I am using as my server and as expected PSW delivered. I called them after receiving the product and their representative talked me through installing it.

PS: As someone who knows only the basics of operating and maintaining pcs, I appreciate the fact that they seem to always have someone available for answering customer questions. When I’m not sure about something, I just give them a call and they are always willing to accommodate me. Most of the DIY stuff I know about computers today came from them. Talking to an expert is always a better way to learn than just reading a manual or watching a video.
