I would leave 0 stars, however it will not let me. I tried filing a complaint however it would not let me proceed.
I purchased a puppy and it was going to be shipped through this agency. However after I made my payment of 200$ for part of the purchase. I was contacted by a Gregory Henry who told me I needed to purchase insurance for this pet in order for it to be flown out to me. The insurance was an additional 1300$. I contacted the shelter service and told them I wasn't aware of this. They proceeded to tell me that this is needed in order for the puppy to get on the flight. I then tried contacting this company to ask what airport the dog is located at and they told me Cleveland Hopkins, I contacted the airport and they told me they have 6 cargo companies and this isn't one of them and that people have been scammed by this company.
I have asked for a refund of my money. However no one has contacted me.
I just want people to be aware of this and how cruel is it to steal from people.
On March 12th, 2019, we purchased a dog from a person in Maryland. The dog was to be shipped to us that day. We were then contacted by a Mr. Hendrick who stated he was in Customer Service with Service Cargo Logistics. He informed us we needed to send him $500 for the purpose of securing an electronic crate to ship the dog in and that would be refunded to us when the dog arrived. I began to get suspicious but paid it anyway. He then came back and said there would be a $412 fee for the vet to examine the dog and provide any vaccinations, etc. necessary. At that point, I called his bluff and said we were not going to get the dog and to refund our $500. At that point, he ended the conversation. Upon subsequent phone calls, he kept answering the business number we had with "hello". You could hear children running around in the background and at one point, he said he would have to confer with his wife on this. Now, he will not take my calls or respond to any of my text messages. I emailed and called the company with the info from their website (which the email matched one I received from him earlier). I have not received a response as yet. If you do a Google search for this company, it does not show up. I have the URL because Mr. Hendrick sent it to me earlier. I believe this is a scam because when I called to cancel the purchase of the dog, the number also comes up in Ohio, not Maryland. This company owes me $500 back to my PayPal account for a supposed electronic crate that I never received or used.

Hello sir, we are very sorry about what happened to you but we want you to understand in the past we have had hackers and scammers trying to use our site for personal benefits. Also we don't do payments nether do we vet care of pets.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm not satisfied because:
1: I didn't say they vet care. I simply stated they were used to ship the animal which their site states they do.
2: This is a generic response. I would like to see a response with an employee name and title listed.
3: the only phone number is a Google Voice number which has a voice mail that doesn't identify them as Service Cargo Air. I want to see a legit phone number and physical address of the company.
In my mind, there are still serious concerns on the legitimacy of this company. If they will provide the requested info above, I will be satisfied.
