Young man, ***, was very positive and business-like who immediately introduced himself, put on some booties before coming inside to turn on and test the thermostat Proceeded to basement, took the furnace all apart, vacuumed and tested the components, explaining his work and why things needed to be tested frequently because, just like a car, they have moving parts and must be checked regularly Very methodical in his work, excellent work ethic, and a very pleasant young man I think he is a great asset to his employer because of his service and technical skills
