Set up an appointment, a half hour into waiting I got a call to change to 3 and a half hours later. I said no. They didn’t call back, so l call about 15 minutes later. They hung up on me, so I called again. Asked why she hug up, she said she didn’t. I asked if they were still keeping the appointment. She said yes, I asked why she said it was changed earlier, she said it wasn’t and I should have gotten a text. I said I didn’t get a text. I mentioned I made other arrangements after she called to change the appointment. Well they change the appointment and hung up when I called. Not very professional, got the from Angie’s List.

Service First Pros promised to WOW me and they delivered 200% on that promise. Josh and Daniel worked to get me a fair and competitive price on the replacement of the AC unit and repair of duct work. I also replaced the dehumidifier. They deserve their A+ rating. I would say A+++.

This company is great! I had them return this year for the usual spring checkup on both of our units. Even in the midst of the Coronavirus, we were very pleased to see their proactive approach to coming into our house. Our service tech, Brian (who wore a mask and had on latex gloves), said they take their temp regularly, use hand sanitizer, and encourage the homeowner to adjust the thermostats for them. Efficient, exceptional!

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommended this company.

Austin was knowledgeable and kind. He stayed to type to up a letter needed to finialize a deal. My mother recommended this company and spoke very highly of Brian as well. So happy to have a reliable HVAC team.

Josh was thorough, well priced and honest. The manufactured part he installed was bad and broke another part inside the ac. He could have charged us and we would have never known! Integrity is hard to find but Josh is a great example of the meaning of integrity!!! Will definitely use him with Service First Pros from known on.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been with this company almost year. I have no negative feedback at all for this company . They always call or send emails to check up . Call when it's time to come look at system . With family of 7 , I forget to call and schedule maintenance. They stay on top . Thanks to Brain and team . Keep up good work.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time from a service company. They go over and above from scheduling the appt to the service guys. Also liked that they send text with tech name and picture and provide updates immediately.

Tim E came to inspect and give me an estimate on a plumbing issue we have with a leaking toilet. He is by far the most professional, informative, polite, respectful and knowledgeable plumber I have ever dealt with. Tim called me prior to coming and also let me know the time frame he would be arriving and was on time. After his work he explained to me that they also deal with HVAC as well. Service First Pros will definitely be my go to contact if I ever need plumbing or HVAC services in the future!

Service First Pros is the best and most experienced company I have ever used.. As soon as Nick arrived he started working and explained what he was doing.. He found a fault with my unit, explained in detail the problem it would cause, and took care of it for me, I thought I was allergic to something in my house but Nick took the time to look and found the problem.
