First Service Pros is an Excellent Company that has been servicing me and my family, there staff is courteous, very personable and goes above and beyond to provide great care for your Air Conditioner. There Fees are great and they treat you like family. I highly recommended them to everyone, it's a family owned business.

Brian and Nick are competent, polite and timely. They explained everything and identified possible future issues to watch. Will have Service First back next fall and hope both those gentlemen do the service.

Out of all people I call to get a a new a/c unit and furnace . This was the best company I have every seen. The two guys showed professionalisms to time they came to time they left . They made sure it was working and blowing for a good minute before they left . They really showed they actually care for my family . Thanks again Sevice First Pros LLC

Service First Pros certainly lives up to its name. Great techs and installers and we have used them for both. Highly recommend this company for all your AC/Heating needs.

Just moved into new home in Flowery Branch, GA and requested Service First Pros to inspect and evaluate the heating/AC system. Service tech. arrived as scheduled. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgable. After an inspection he offered possible suggestions regarding the air filters. Price was very reasonable. I was completely satisfied and agreed to an annual service contract. Would recommend!

These guys have been to our house a few times now, mostly for System Maintenance check ups. Glad to see that their business is growing (when we first met them, the only employees were the owners), as they now have a few more employees.

After a technician from Service First Pros, LLC had inspected my nonworking AC unit 06/09/2018, he gave me two choices of pricing:
#1. To fill up this 'one? unit with a few pounds of refrigerant.
#2. To install a new unit 14 Seer Trane, including 10 years part warranty with the promise to give me the same price, as I had paid Hobbs Home Comfort, who recently March 2018, had installed a Trane unit for $2,450.00.***
He recommended alternative '#1? and said, that I should get a credit for this filling of refrigerant if I later should decide to let him install a new 14 Seer Trane unit, as stated in '#2? above, for the price of $2,450.00. He was very polite and sounded trustworthy, so with that promise it sounded good to me, why I gave him OK to carry on.
After a while, I was informed, that for filling up the unit he had used, 10 pounds of refrigerant r22, @ $140.00 per pound plus easy seal $279.00. Less Senior discount 10% it added up to $1,511.00, as on his 'Work Order # ***'. From experience, I knew that it was exceedingly excessive for that kind of filling, (Can be verified!) and also much more than half of what a new Trane unit should cost me. The technician seemed embarrassed himself but insisted that I had to pay the $1,511.00, so I did it. I believed that a company's management wouldn't risk their good-will over such a mistake and it should be easily corrected. I also had been given what I believed, was a good warranty for the work performed. I perceived the technician's promise as in paragraph '#2.? as a Contract between me and Service First Pros, LLC.
Within three months the repaired unit stopped working and I realized, that I in addition might have been deceived about the condition of the unit. I contacted the company and said that I wanted them to install the Trane unit, under the condition I had been promised by their representative, the technician.
I believed, that my request for the promised service should be attended to fast and cordially, because they knew that I had two overheated bedrooms on the top floor that I could not use.
But I was very wrong. One of the reply's I received in writing from Mr. @ Service First Pros, 09/26 @ 16.51 was:
'The 1511.00 was for filling up 2 systems. Right'?
We can only guess what he wanted to achieve with that statement to me? But the fact is, that he went against his own technician who had charged me that amount for 'one? filling only.
An amount of $1,511.00 is slightly high for two units, but up to standard. But after he had been informed by me that this 'double charge? was for one unit only, he has not yet corrected this 'mistake'.
Instead he sent a second technician to my home, who presented me with a written estimate, asking for additional payments of $4,112.00 to replace my unit. Job #***, dated 8/29/2018.
Summarizing:
I was in strong need for the use of my two bedrooms, and I was told by Service First Pros, LLC to pay $4,112.00 in addition to $1,511.00 I already had paid, all together $5,623.00 to have my home cooled as promised.
Since, I have made numerous requests for replacement as of paragraph '#2.? I have been given several hints of that it should be done, but followed by different excuses for dragging out the execution of their liability.
September 27, Mr. told me on the phone, that the owner was traveling and should return Monday October 1, and at that date, I could get our Agreement - Contract of 06/09 in writing, which was my condition for continued collaboration. That was more than a week ago and I have once again been ignored.
I believe that I as a customer, have not received the appropriate service from Service First Pros LLC. that is customary in the marketplace. It also seems that I should not have given the information they asked for on their website, - that I am a senior citizen.
If Revdex.com find, that my above believe, of not having received good business behaving is accurate, I hereby request an immediately repaying of my deposit of $1,511,00, from Service First Pros LLC, because; a charging mistake have been done and First Pros LLC have not repaired or replaced my air-conditioner and therefore made a 'breach of contract'.
I would appreciate very much if the Revdex.com would assist me.
If you need any invoices, I will be happy to send paper copies.

Desired Outcome

Refund If Revdex.com find that I am right, I hereby request an immediately repaying of my deposit of $1,511,00, from Service First Pros LLC, because of the above; that they have not repaired or replaced my air-conditioner and therefore made a 'breach of contract'. I would appreciate very much if the Revdex.com would assist me, if you find that their treatment of me is not recognized as being customary practice.

Amazing customer service. They responded to. My online request within minutes (at8:30 p.m.) and had my AC repaired and cooling before noon the next day.

I have been using Service First Pros for a year and I really appreciate this company they really care about their customers they are always there when a problem arrives and the staff is very caring, kind, and friendly. I use the maintenance plan and Brian M the service tech does an excellent job servicing my unit and he always arrives on time he is very friendly and is very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good company who is reliable and experienced and I will continue to use Service First Pros for maintenance and/or maintenance issues. I discovered Service First Pros, LLC through a discount offer for a HVAC checkup and was so impressed with the knowledge of the technician and the professionalism of the service that I signed up for a service contract with them. The office is very professional and worked with me when I needed to reschedule at (almost) the last minute. The technicians tell me what they see and what they recommend (which is almost always just regular maintenance). I trust this company.
