Service 1 completed a full replacement on my furnace and air conditioner. Their technicians were on time for both the diagnostic and service appointments. Their prices are reasonable, and they have full financing options. The service technicians, Vance and Shaun were friendly, informative, professional, and they did great work. They replaced the furnace, the AC unit, and the thermostat in about 3 hours, including full clean-up. Once they were finished you would not know they had been here. I am extremely satisfied with Service 1.

Just now I received service from Vance and before that it was Jim and Eric. These guys are the absolute best! Everyone of them are fantastic and drop everything to be sure that you are up and running in a timely fashion. I originally was told that I may have to wait until Monday to get someone out and then a couple hours later they called back and sent someone that very day (Sunday), great, great, and great! Every single time, these guys rock! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very happy with the trane heating and cooling unit I had installed on May,14 2016. Mark [redacted] and mike [redacted], did an excellent job on the installation,finished the job in under the estimated time, they worked very hard, had unit up & running in 4 1/2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Everyone was very respectful and kind. They listened to the customer and answered my questions. They were prompt and did the work efficiently and accurately. Also, they did not charge for the service call. Once again, very respectful, courteous, kind, etc.. There's not much more I can say. Just had them out here to fix my Air conditioning, but had to replace both air/heat and wanted say what an excellent job Jim and Vance did. They were her promptly and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent service!

My family was in a real pinch a couple weeks ago when our heat went out on a Friday evening and temperatures outside were in the low 20s and dropping. We called Allied Air Conditioning & Heating Corporation (who had been our "go to" company for heating and air issues previously). After waiting for more than four hours for a tech to come out, we were told "there was nothing they could do tonight," and the earliest they could get us heat would be Monday evening. It was 58 degrees in our house and getting colder by the minute. They charged me nearly $200 to come out and diagnose the problem, offering a solution in no less than 72 hours time. This was totally unacceptable! I have very young children and this was not a safe living environment for them to endure for three days.

Fortunately, this is when my wife discovered Service 1 Heating. From the minute we reached out to them our frustration and panic turned into relief and gratitude. The tech on call, Erich, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He came out to our house around 10 pm (in the snow), assessed the situation and discussed our options with us. Once we decided what to do, he dispatched Adam and Mike. These guys were a stellar duo who stuck around and installed a new furnace for us in the middle of the night. They took their time and did the job right. By the time they finished (around 3 a.m.) our house was nice and comfortable. Needless to say, we'll be reaching out to AND recommending Service 1 Heating & AC for any heating or AC issues from this point forward. Great experience from start to finish!
