This company is harassing me about my home. I am not nor have I ever advertised my home to be for sale. They have sold my info to many others as well.
I have jot purchased anything from these people. I am on the national do not call list yet they keep calling. I am on the do not mail list yet they keep mailing me. I have called and mailed they asking that they take me off of their list yet I get more maIL instead of less. They have put me on their list for profit without my knowledge nor cosent. I am receiving texts, phone calls, and letters/postcards daily from them and the people they have sold my information to. Their business/sales practices are unethical and intimidating.
I want this company to take me off of their list, to contact everyone they have sold my information to to have my information permanently removed from their lists and to not include anyone on their lists which have not given them expressed consent to be included on their lists.
We will remove Mrs *** from our mailing and will need the subject property address to remove it from the list. We do not sell anyone's information. We mail to several Metro-Atlanta zip codes and if someone wants to be removed we honor that request.

They did not state that they would also remove my phone number from their list as well. They harass me by mail and telephone (both call and texts).
We will also remove her number.

This is what I want. I want to be permanently removed from their lists. Since this is a public response, I cannot reply with my complete addresses on here, so they will need to do a little research to complete and remove the addresses in the same XXXXX zip code. They are 23 G, 1399 J, and 1811 L ter. These are all mine.
Uses deceptive advertising design and wording to acquire property in a distressed and minority neighborhood
I have received weekly postcards that are printed on bright yellow cardstock with all capital THIRD NOTICE and then FOURTH NOTICE printed on the front. The back says they are looking to close in the next 2 weeks on a property.
1. This postcard looks very much like a disconnection notice such as ones sent by Georgia Power to customers. For elderly and poorly educated homeowners, it causes concern and can be confusing. This sort of deliberate design choice can add to the fears and confusion of homeowners who feel as if they are being forced to sell their house.
2. The statement on the back of the card is that *** is looking to close in the next 2 weeks. I have taken note of 2 postcards I received in the past 2 weeks saying the same thing. This working creates a deceptive urgency/implied deadline, which again adds to the fear and confusion of homeowners who feel that they are under pressure to make a decision.
3. The Revdex.com seal is on the back of the postcard, trying to add legitimacy.
This neighborhood, which is 96% African American with a median household income of less than $22,000, is under constant pressure from investors seeking to purchase homes because of development in the area of the city. Yet homeowners have realized next to no equity in their homes because of the recession and the fact that mortgages have not been available between 2007 and 2016.
This bombardment contributes to the confusion of older and less educated homeowners. I single out this advertising issue as deceptive because the design deliberately mimics a disconnection or other deadline of consequence for the sake of making a real estate investment.
1. I request that Service Properties LLC modify their solicitation mail to discontinue the deceptive postcard design of their solicitation, including changing from the bright yellow color, the matching size of a disconnection notice, and the removal of the language and all caps font "THIRD NOTICE" and "FOURTH NOTICE" from the front of the postcard from all of their solicitations in any neighborhood. 2. I request that Service Properties LLC remove the deceptive implied deadline language of closing "in the next 2 weeks" from their solicitations in any neighborhood. 3. I request that *** of Service Properties LLC consider completely changing her advertising and solicitation strategy to focus on making a fair offer for properties that she and her company are interested in acquiring as an investment and that she consider contributing to financial literacy and economic development programs in the blighted and underserved communities in which she is currently making a profit by her investments.
Thank you *** for taking the time to let us know how our post card is landing over there with our clients. We are committed to being of service to the community and we have a new mailing piece that is a different style completely and aligns with our core values as discussed. We omitted the notice verbiage and it's no longer a yelllow card. We also took out the implied deadline. This card has a house and a warm message. We are considering a percentage of sales going to an economic development program and we are in the research stage of what programs are available.
