I purchased a home built in that had a bathtub that drained very slowly [redacted] came out and spent an hour trying to find the source of the problemHe was unable to get to the trap but did manage to get the tub to drain betterHe was very knowledgeable and offered a plan should I want to proceed with getting to the root of the problem should the bathtub start to drain slowly againHe was very courteous and cleaned up the bathtub after running the auger throughI was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness

[redacted] was my Service rep who came to my home to resolve some issues I kept running into on my new airconditioner/heater element I was having some issues on how to use the set up to ensure my house stayed in the range that it should be in and then he clarified some things for me when I asked him a question When the next light goes on I will call for service and request Alan he was great I have had nothing but the best work in my home in the years I have owned my home and that is also how long I have been with Service Thanks!

We have never been disappointed with Service One! This was for a malfunctioning furnace [redacted] was punctual, efficient, and professional He diagnosed the faulty part and had it replaced promptly He also answered my questions respectfully and thoroughly!

After I saw the other negative review, I thought I would post mine below as wellI am hoping their management will get the hint eventually that their service is starting to lack and the people on the phones aren't treating customers well I would like them to get it turned around as I prefer to support local companies They did give me my money back as well as they couldn't get it together and I did go to a large national warranty company If they can get it together, I would try them again as I prefer to support local companies if I can and keep the money local that is if they provide the service I have purchased I received a Service One Warranty when we bought our house We were pretty excited as they were a local company and like to support local companies when we can A complete disaster trying to get people to come out When scheduling doesn't work they make excuses and try to pass it back off as my faultThe last time I waited around for them for hours after they were supposed to be there and finally went to work Note to Service One: When you are providing a service to customers that have a problem and they pay for this service, you need to PROVIDE the actual service I would have been one of your biggest advocates and probably brought you many other customers if you had done what you said and had several people waiting to see how it went with you I have told them and none of them are considering you now You need to treat your customers with more respect and an occasional missed appointment isn't the end of the world but how you treat them when they call in about the missed appointment is what defines your company and you failed! Horribly!

Very happy with the service received today Our air conditioning was not working; it stopped working on a Sunday I contacted ServiceOne first thing Monday morning Since the Technician were extremely busy wasn't certain about their arrival time but was told they would be there todayI received a timely phone call letting me know a Technician was on the way to our home The ServiceOne Technician quickly went to work to address the issue and the air conditioner was up and running in a timely manner I appreciate the service provided by the technician It's hot outside in the the summer heat

[redacted] was the tech that serviced our furnace He was very polite, professional and answered all my questions I was dealing with some medical issues concerning my dad and he was worried that I didn't like what he was doing Was very glad he spoke up because my head was not where it should have been when I was speaking to him I would have hated that he left here thinking I didn't like his work I would recommend him highly to come and service our equipment again
