[redacted] did a great job in replacing the part in our home heating unit Just great, good to talk to, gave us information on the heating unit, all the info we needed to know it was working again I believe I would like him to do more repair for us

We have been with Service One for nine years since moving into our new houseThey have always been there when needed, and have always sent very knowledgeable and courteous associatesOur last visit was with [redacted] , for a repair to our furnaceHe assisted us earlier in the year with our AC unit as well [redacted] is very courteous, personable, down to earth, and knows his HVAC business very well

I've had the ServiceOne Warranty contract for several years now and I, must say I haven't been happier The peace of mind knowing that if a issue of household maintenance and/or replacement be needed I'm protected [redacted] a ServiceOne Tech was just out to do a Furnace tufor winter, he did a great job...very professional an personable [redacted] explained what service he performed and some tips on saving energy I'd recommend ServiceOne and [redacted] with confidence

Had a super nice repairman ( [redacted] ) that did a very thorough inspection and he found a couple of little things that he quickly snapped back into shape He explained everything he did and worked quickly

[redacted] showed up to help when my furnace wouldn't run on a cold Sunday morning in NovemberHe was pleasant, knowledeable, let me know what the problem was, and got my furnace running until a replacement part could be ordered to make a permanent repairAnd with the ServiceOne contract, it only cost me the call-out charge, even though it was a Sunday, because temps were expected to drop below degrees that nightThumbs up on this interaction with [redacted] and ServiceOne

[redacted] , plumber, awesome, and retained a great sense of humor when my house tried to kill himNeither of us had ever heard of a razor blade disposal slot, apparently common in homes built between the thirties and fifties, for men to dispose of their double edged blades right inside the wall of their family home--and yet when the plumbing failure in my older home brought us into this bizarre realm of crazy home features, [redacted] was totally amazing in working around itAnd now that he has this war story like a wizened old pro, I know he will continue to offer great serviceBeing flexible and not easily ruffled are two features of a great employeeThanks, ***! After discovering unexpected leak in the downstairs powder room, I called ServiceOne Let me say that I do not have an account with them but this made no difference in the speed or the quality of the service I received [redacted] has been on time and most pleasant to try and resolve any problems I was having The company that was overseeing the repairs seemed to have a communication problem, and [redacted] did what he could to help me understand the situation I will most definitely be calling ServiceOne again for any plumbing problems and asking for [redacted]
