SERVZ is not a reputable company and they have poor customer service
I had service for a refrigetor last week. The technician showed up in proper gear and toolbox however he never used any of the tools and determined after 3 minutes observation that the refrigerator needed a new compressor. He did not do the usual technical check-ups such as disconnecting the refrigerator first nor checking for proper fan ventilation nor any compressor pressure measuring device. He was a complete scam in my opinion. After calling somewhere else during the total of 5 minute visit he said there was a need for a compressor for 700 dollars !
not even a real explanation. I paid and eventually called Servz asking for them to send someone else that really knows what he is doing and they refused. The would not even give me back my money for the fake diagnostic visit. A complete waste of money and time. This company hires scammers to show up and simply charge whatever they want for repairs without proper diagnostic. I gave them a chance to rectify their mistake but instead I got the company line " we will have to charge you for another visit " DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ! they do not back up any of their claims and they are simply a referral service company. Call a local handyman or an authorized dealer for any real needs with appliances

My first time trying to use Serviz will be my lastI was understandably drawn in with competitive pricing and to be honest the scheduling was very easyWhat is the point though if no one shows to unclog my drain? I was given multiple confirmation calls and texts (-7pm) but no one showed! Now after hours I was forced into a high rate with someone else(I called at 8:and was forced to leave a voicemail) The price may tempt you but I would suggest to book it somewhere else if you value respect, time, and money

The young man came to fix our garage door and was very courteous and pleasant Did a great job in an efficient and professional manner would recommend the service to anyone

I am an electrical contractor that Serviz.com signed me up. I did two jobs for them, went very well and customers were very happy. Serviz.com didn't pay for first job and second job they kept sixty percent.
I will never work for them again.
This is the reason bad contractors are sent out. Good ones will not work with them.

This is a worst service company EVER I have dealt with I have made appointment for my appliance service more than a week in advance And on the day they suppose to send the technician over, they just called and said no technician is available That's the kind of business they run over there Don't bother to call them to get service, it's useless and unprofessionalBe ware!!!!

Earlier this morning I tried to book a window cleaning service for only the exterior portion of my home windows The process to request the service was easy but when I called to confirm that my customer profile had a credit balance (from a previous negative experience) I also asked if I could have a price estimate I was told that this estimate would be based upon the square foot size of the house (not by the number of windows) and it included the interior and exterior of all the windows When I asked about obtaining a specific quote only for the exterior, I was informed that I would need to speak to the vendor when they come to my house I'll never use this service...EVER!

I called several refrigerator repair companies to price a small icemaker tubing on the back of my LG appliance that had a small crack in itServiz was one of the higher quotes given for this repair but their website reviews were all rated high so we decided to go with themWe confirmed twice with this company that the repair was basic and they would include an inspection with the repair for a set total priceWhen the technician arrived he basically replaced the tube in about minutes as requestedThen asked for more money than the flat rate which was agreed upon over the phoneHe didn't do any extra work and did not give the full inspection guaranteed over the phoneWe called the company and was given an untruthful account of the billing and said our repair was considered a complex repair even though this job was labeled a basic repair on the phonePlease be warned of their bait and switch tacticsThis company's integrity is questionable

BUNCH OF LYING CHEATERS THAT TALK FROM BOTH SIDE OF THEIR MOUTH STAY AWAY I CALLED THEM FOR A SIMPLE KITCHEN LINE CLEANING I TOLD THEM THE EXACT SITUATION INCLUDING NOT HAVING ACCESS LINE AND THAT THEY HAVE TO REMOVE THE P TRAP FROM UNDER THE SINK TO ACCESS THEY STILL SAID THE CHEATING PLUMBER GETS THERE AND MAKES AN EXCUSE TO CHARGE INSTEAD OF I TELL HIM THAT HE CAN JUST OPEN THE P TRAP LIKE I MENTIONED AND HE KEEPS SAYING NO DON'T BELIEVE THE ORIGINAL OFFER FROM THEM IT IS 100% OF THE TIME AN ANGLE TO GET THE TECH INTO YOUR PROPERTY NEVER AGAIN.!!!

Very disappointedWhen I came across their website, I thought this looks great! They advertise same day service at a time that is convenient for you and you can track who is coming and when they are on their way in the hour window that you selectI needed a plumberI booked on line around 12:30pm for the 3:30pm-5:30pm time slot that same dayI received a confirmation email at 12:40pm and another reminder email at 2:25pm that my appointment was coming upI thought, how efficient! Then someone calls me from the company at 3:41, which is during the window of time they are supposed to be here, and tells me no one is available to come today!! I really needed a plumber and I had already arranged my busy schedule so I could be home and it was now too late to get someone else to come outWhy did they accept my time slot and send confirmation if they couldn't fulfill the obligation? Why did they wait until it was too late for me to get some else to come out that day? Big waste of time!!

I had a perfectly good side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator freezer in my guest house I called Kitchenaid and got their recommended company to come out They charged me for the call Then after several calls to the parent company they said it could NOT be fixed I called SERVIZ and they sent out men who promptly repaired the refrigerator freezer, Kudos to SERVIZ!!!!!!

Booked an appointment and got several emails confirming. THey didn't show up and when I called, I was told their contractors were too busy and were never going to come, but to make up for my wasted time, they were "willing" to reschedule.

I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold then hung up on. I got someone else, who said he was going to transfer me to a different person to see if they could get someone to come out later, and he transferred me to the first person I spoke with.

I asked for the CEO's name and they told me I wasn't allowed to have that information. I've written to the senior guys on the website, doubt I'll get a response.

SEND NICHOLAS TO MY HOUSE - I HAVE A GIFT FOR HIM

This company is bogus. Nicholas is not responsive to the customer . He's an ae. .
This company subs to local Handymen . I needed an exterior metal clad door replaced. They got the work order wrong and sent out an amateur on his first job to hang an interior door . He did not even have the proper tools and should have walked away from the job. Instead he destroyed the frame of my existing pre-hung door and tried to install the new door from Home Depot in the old frame . Total demolition with tools he borrowed from me

I hired Serviz to clean a clogged drain in a bathroom. I got several calls for confirming the time range for the service. A different technician shown up like they promised. He checked the drain and pointed a problem with the old sewer line what he can clean up with hydrojet. After a long negotiation I accept a price and signed a contract. After when he was done I gave him a check covering the contract. A week later I got an email about the estimate but the estimate fee didn’t match what I accepted, signed and payed a week earlier. I called the customer service where they said I have authorized that estimate.
The company who did the service told me that this the way how Serviz charge their fee.
It is a fraud.

This company or whatever you call it is a giant SCAM! BEWARE!

Fraudulently take you money and then never provide a service. When trying to contact them nobody is ever available, they say they will call you back and they never do. By the time your fed up your money is gone and so is this apparent company... It is a pretty smart way to commit fraud by using a independent service contractor to play phone tag with.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY TOTAL INTERNET FRAUD

This is the first negative review I've ever written, but this company demands it. Serviz accepted and confirmed my appointment, and even sent me a confirming reminder the day before the appointment. Then they called me during the actual service window to tell me they never had a handyman confirmed or scheduled and couldn't help me at all. They were very misleading. Customer service on the phone was horrible. Wouldn't wish this company on anyone.

I needed a refrigerator fixed. I saw their website, ready all their ads & called them. What a mistake. A guy came out WITH HIS WIFE AND DAUGHTER. I should have known then he was not reputable. In 66 years that has never happened to me. He fixed the trouble & charged 499.00. This was on 12-29-2018. On 1-12-2019 my refrigerator freezer again quit cooling and all my food was ruined. I tried to call their "PRO" who now has a disconnected number and no answer to multiple emails I sent him! I called & told them this was the EXACT thing that happened before. They told me it was over 30 days their was nothing they could do. What bull crap! I wanted a supervisor...they hadn't come in yet...I asked for a name and number for upper management...they do not give that info. She would have the supervisor call me when they came in. NEVER got a call from the elusive Christina. I went to the company webpage found the name of the VP of customer service & found his FB page. I sent him a message and told him this was not going to fly that I wanted someone else to get this fixed and I was not paying another dime. A couple of hours later I get a call from Penny who says they will have a tech out at no charge. He comes today. He looks at the fridge tells me it needs Freon has a leak and he would put Freon in with a sealer. He tells me he has to get the approval for the cost of repairs. He got my phone number & left. I thought he was going to get the Freon. I waited ALL DAY I did not leave the house I assumed he would get it and call me to let me know he was headed back. At 4:45pm I called customer service, was told the tech had not yet gotten approval and that he would not be back today. What crap! I get a call an hour later from the same mn Nicholas in customer service telling me that the tech would NOT be coming back that they decided it would be too expensive to fix & they would send me a refund for my 499.00. I asked him what I was supposed to do at this point I have no fridge. He got real smart with me acted like he was doing me a favor giving me a refund. He got real sy when I asked him about ALL my food I had to throw out, told me I was not getting any more money from them like I was trying to steal something. I asked for a supervisor...he would tell one to call me. He refused to give a member of upper management. He didn't have their numbers! I asked when to expect the check...he said when it comes. I am 66 I have worked customer service both face to face and over the phone. retired as a member of management...and I will promise you I would have fired that douche bag on the spot.

Wish I could rate with zero stars but system won't let me! Repairman came and told me the part I needed cost $170, made the cheque out to Serviz as requested and then he (George/Jorge) never came back again. It's been 5 weeks and they still won't take responsibility, they say they will call back and they don't among other untruths they have told me. Florida, Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Just flat didn’t show up. Then they were affended when I cancelled there terrible service. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. When there are appointments they take the most profitable jobs and don’t show up for your job.
