Never use this company, they are awful. Apparently anybody could claim they are a pro at repairing something and they will send them to your home. The customer service department is a sham. Not there to protect the consumer. My appliance is worst off, not only doesn't the bake element work, but the broiler doesn't work either. Is there a way to give them zero stars?

This was the most dreadful experience I have ever had. The Customer Service department is useless. Their 100% gtd. is a sham! My Oven is worst than it was before they came out. Sure they screen their so called pros. Worthless piece of Sh** company. Took over a week before a so called supervisor spoke to me. I will never consider using this company again. And guess what they don't care who is using their name. The technician came on time the first time and after that, to deliver a part that was supposedly ordered... good luck. Never installed that part, oven is worst now. Asked my wife how to disassemble the oven. Decided he couldn't fix it and bounced. Christina at customer service must have did other favors to get her position. She is worthless!

I called for repair of dishwasher NOT draining. Serviz sent repair person who said I needed a part to "WASH" not draqin the dishwasher@ the cost of $247,00. He replaced. A day later when I attempted to us why DW, it still did not drain...2nd visit...again he fiddled with it uses a computer to "reset" something. cut to the 4th visit when it is still not draining. He said I did not know how to clean my dishes before loading the DW! outrageous!
I notified B of A and disputed the charge which is now $427.00 now waiting to hear...

Serviz is a rip off company. They sent unlicensed and unscrupulous contractor to my home. They were to install 2 electrical outlets for a new stove and microwave. The serviceman screwed up my electricity and there was outage in my kitchen. Electricity to garbage disposal was off so the house was stinky for days. The serviceman did not know what he was doing so he used an extension cord for my stove and said it was ready to be used. Microwave was also not installed properly and fell off the wall within 2 days. I kept calling for them to fix the mess that was created by Serviz. Calls were not returned until it was convenient for Serviz. I had to get an electrician to repair the damage serviz hat created. This included reinstallation of microwave and and electrical work to code. This cost $1200 to repair the damage that was done by Serviz employee. Serviz returned my call by e-mail stating that they would give me $50 not to write bad review. I contacted Revdex.com and they were just as bad as service. Case was closed without resolution.

Serviz came and unplugged drain but 33 days later drain plugged up again. Talked to main office - - they said sorry warranty only for 30 days. I said I dont want money back—just send plumber back to run snake again - it only takes 15-to 20 minutes. They still refused. I told them I won't recommend them to family & friends. They said sorry that's the way contract is. Dont ever hire this horrible company - - horrible customer service! Willing to lose recommended family & friends over a 15 minute job.

Pure garbage. I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance, someone showed up and wasn't able to perform the job. So the dispatcher rescheduled. This time two weeks. I get a call before the day of the repair and they say the have a scheduling conflict. I used them before for a small repair, guys is like 6 hours late then shows up with his wife. She's sitting in my foyer while he does the repair. Before that one guy gets the appointment then claims he didn't accept it. He finally shows up at 630pm on a Friday night. I'm like dude let's do this another day. Wow

DO not use Serviz for painting. The painters are "real" insured painters. My first painter tracked dirt up my carpeted stairs (actual foot prints from him) and had to leave early because he felt dizzy. The second painter they sent out brought his girlfriend to help him paint. They got paint on my carpet & all over my crown molding. They also missed random spots on my ceiling where I now have the old color popping through. Not professional at all. The techs on the phone support lines are not helpful and anytime you have a complaint, they can't answer and have to wait for their supervisors to "get out of a meeting". This has happened to me several times.

Four days ago I contacted SERVIZ about having someone come out to diagnose and possibly repair my Maytag gas dryer. Their website took down all my information including the make and the problem I was having (drum wouldn't turn) and scheduled a serviceman to come out this Thursday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. There was no further contact until today (the day of the appointment) when I received a call from them telling me that the serviceman who was scheduled could no longer make the appointment. The woman then told me she would try to locate another serviceman and call me back in 10 or 15 minutes. She called back about 25 minutes later to inform me that they did not have any service personnel who could work on a Maytag dryer. That is the part I find difficult to understand given that Maytag is one of the most popular laundry appliance brands in the industry. Just about anyone who works on appliances will have experience working on Maytag equipment which leads me to believe that SERVIZ never did have anyone available in the Phoenix area who repairs appliances. They probably should stop advertising repair work on appliances if they do not have anyone who can do the repairs. Furthermore they should have told me right away instead of waiting until the last minute.

I hired Serviz to put my son's metal frame bunk bed together. I contacted them on a Wednesday for a Saturday slot. They had several open and I chose the 12:30 to 2:30 slot. The person on the phone assured me I was confirmed and I would receive a text when the handyman was on his way. I received a text at 10:30am on Saturday that the handyman would be at my house at noon. This was earlier than my window but I left my son's soccer game early to be here. At 12:30 I received a call from dispatch telling me they were going to have to reschedule my service as they did not have a handyman available. Even though they had confirmed me on Wednesday, confirmed earlier that morning, they just didn't have anyone available. How is that? I asked to speak with a manager and the person was rude and said there was nothing anyone can do about it. This is the worst service I have ever hired and I would not recommend them to anyone. You will waste your day and they are not professional or accommodating!

Serviz advertises free appointment. However, in my case, looking for repair to my cook top, which was acting up and requested service appointment. The technician came for my appointment, looked at my Miele cook top and said he needed to call Miele Company for parts and the let me know the estimate. Then presented me with an $29 invoice for service call and said, the money will be deducted from the repair job. Didn't get call for 3 days. Upon contacting Serviz, the technician called and said parts were not available. I requested for refund, because it was supposed to be free appointment. Heard nothing from the company. $29 is not a lots of money, but appointment is not free as advertised on internet.
