Review: Seton sends out very large catalogs under the account number of [redacted] that interferes with our normal delivery. We have a rural box. We have to go pick up our normal mail at the post office due to these deliveries. We have called Seton's number, listed on these catalogs, to remove us from mailing but it continues. I told them I would be filing complaints if it continues and it has. Never agreed to these deliveries in the first place.Desired Settlement: We want them to stop contacting us.

Review: On July 16, 2015 I place an order for 4 safety glasses from [redacted] Products in [redacted]. I received an e-mail confirmation that my order for 4 safety glasses was confirmed and would be shipped to me and that I would only be billed for the 4 safety glasses I had ordered.

On July 23rd I only received half my order (2 safety glasses).

I never received notification that the second part of my order would be delayed.

Then without any further notice or communication from [redacted] Products, I was shipped a case of 20 safety glasses and my credit card was billed for $127.80 and for $14.20 and I did not receive an invoice or any type of notification what I was being billed for. My credit card information was used fraudulently in order to benefit [redacted]entification Products as I never authorized an order for 20 units.

I submitted a complaint e-mail to an e-mail address provided on their [redacted] website: [redacted]

I have returned the case to [redacted] Products and have still yet to hear from anyone from the company in order to resolve this issue or refund my money.

I have also called the service number 1-[redacted] listed on the confirmation e-mail for my order in order to request a refund, but no one answers the phone.

As of 8-19-2015 no one from the company has contacted me nor responded to my e-mail complaint in order to resolve my issue.

Below is my complaint e-mail to [redacted] Customer Service

Dear [redacted] Customer Service,

There seems to be a discrepancy regarding my order for 4 safety glasses. The order number is [redacted].

I am not sure what the mix up is concerning my initial order of 4 safety glasses.

My initial order was placed on July 16 for:

2 x 3M brand [redacted] Sport Protective Eyewear (Anti-fog coating lenses) product code - [redacted] @ $6.50

2 x [redacted] Sport Protective Eyewear (Anti-scratch lenses) product code - [redacted] @ $5.70

On July 23, 2015 I only received 2 anti-fog safety glasses #[redacted] or half my order.

On July 24, 2015 my [redacted] bank account was charged $16.19

I never received notification that the second part of my order would be delayed. Furthermore, someone decided to ship me surplus supplies that I did not even order in the first place and then charged it to my bank account.

I must say that I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with this low level of service. Please put yourself in my shoes. As you also run a business I would think that your management would frown upon a supplier sending more supplies than requested and surprising your business with a hefty charge without notifying you.

As of today, August 11, 2015 my bank account is showing two charges from Seton:



I have 18 sets of lenses that I did not initially order and cannot use at present.

I am returning the entire 20 lenses sent to me and will seek another vendor to correctly fulfill my order.

Please refund my account for $142.00 ($14.20 + $127.80).

A tracking number for the returned shipment will be provided shortly.

Regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want $142.00 refunded to my bank account and a formal record on their file with the regarding this incident. I am surprised that the local is listing this business as an A+ business when several [redacted] Reviews posted on the company's [redacted] listing are from other equally dissatisfied customers that seem to have experienced similar issues.
