$1,000 gift card is a reward for completing a pre-defined group of promotional offers and/or surveys.  That reward is offered by our marketing partner, not us.  We are just one of their offers.  If you believe you met the requirements for the gift card, you can reach out to them directly at this (PAM:  Provide consumer number or email address) to make your claim. You also correctly point out that we declined to accept your order for our [redacted] book subscription.  As our offer clearly states, all orders are subject to our acceptance and it is our policy and practice not to accept orders placed with a prepaid card, which you attempted to use.  We only accept credit and debit cards.  While you may have seen our initial authorization attempt on your account, we never charged anything to your card because the authorization response from your card company informed us of the card type before we took any money. While we had to collect some personally identifiable information during the order process, we will not be using, renting or selling that information.  The privacy policy on our site clearly discloses what we will and will not do.  You would have to check with our marketing partner to see what they will and will not do with the information they collected from you before you visited our offer. Please reach back out to us if you have any further questions. Thank you.

We have no record of receiving any shipments back in our warehouse: therefore we continued to send statements reflecting a balance.    Please be assured your account has been canceled, reflecting a zero balance. I did not pause my package. So I do not accept that as the truth. I would like my membership canceled. And my books I paid for asap.
