I am treasure of Canyon Willow West and have been for five yearsWe had three different management companies since I was electedThe first being the one that the other board pickedWe had no reserve money when the new board took over..We elected to get a new management company as soon as we could Our first choice was not the best either but better than the one we got stuck withWe then took our time and really looked into different companies to insure we found a good, honest and caring company that was going to look after our community as a wholeWe wanted a manager who would look for our best interests and we found that person with Tonya at EpicI did not mention the other companies as I feel if you can't say anything good about someone, it's best not to mention namesOn the other hand if a company needs to be praised, it should be

The owner seems to have a superiority complex, never believing she was (or is) in the wrongWhen it came to bettering our community it was nothing but excuses & passing the blame onto previous ManagementHer lack of knowledge was horrendousWhat she said all sounded good, but then after just a small amount of research you could see that either she was just flat out LYING or simply UNEDUCATED in her our field of workShe was openly disrespectful & unprofessional to numerous owners when they voiced concerns(as you can tell by her previous response to an owner on here) She has left an ugly mark on our community in the short time she was with usHerself & the former board took it upon themselves to have nearly all of our grass removed, while notifying owners they were simply removing dead trees NOT grassWhen questioned about the contract signed with the Water District, she had no specific answer pertaining to the terms of the contract that was forced upon our community!! Just sad

As my HOA's board president, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Epic managementTonya is responsive and professional while offering quality service and adviceShe is approachable, easy to work with, and truly cares about our association I look forward to continue working with Epic to better my community and I recommend their services to those looking for community management

A year ago, our HOA saw the need to switch management companies and our president met Tonya at a meeting He was impressed with her and the Board met and decided that she was the type of manager we wanted We have not been wrong Tonya is professional, objective, willing to do whatever is needed to keep our HOA running smoothly We have an awkward situation with our sister HOA and she has worked hard to maintain a working relationship with the other manager Our workload has decreased by about 90% since Tonya and EPIC started with us I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new management company we just renewed her contract for another year, rather than going monthly, thats how highly we think of her services

We have been super happy with all of Epic Association Management's team Tonya is a pleasure to work with I have found her to be very organized & detail orientated when she asks us to provide lighting services to her communities I never have to ask for additional information as it always provided Expecting to have a very long lasting working relationship with Epic in the future Keep up the great work!!

Sadly the our new board didn't get a chance to release our contractOnce the new board was put in place it was long before Epic released their contractI have to say me making reviews on different sources doesn't mean all I do is right horrible reviews about someoneYes the obusman ended the investigation months after starting it because we have no hard proof of how she guided our prior Hoa boardPlus we can't get a buisness in trouble for how some talks to peopleSo if you want someone to belittle you think she knows the laws go right ahead but always always double check her workIf not it could cost your community in the long runThank you epic for an epic mistake

My Community has been managed by Tonya @ Epic for a short time (9months) and in that time she has repaired what we thought was an absolute disaster left by our previous management companyWe were extremely pleased with how professional and knowledgeable she is in the short time that we have worked with her and we look forward to what the future holds with Epic representing our Community If your looking for a management company that looks out for you and can take an enormous amount of stress off your board you should seriously consider Epic

Tonya and her staff are the epitome of professionalism and hard workTonya works hard to follow-through on all of the things we discuss and is very thorough with the little detailsShe does a great job building relationships with the community members and is easily accessible and responsiveNot only has she save our community thousands of dollars, but she proactively comes up with ideas to make things betterShe is very flexible on meeting times and locations to accommodate us board membersI'm so happy that we went with Epic Association Management!!

Tonya ***, manager of Epic Association Management, is the best manager and Company I have ever had dealings with
Very professional and does things according to HOA regs We are proud to have her and her company as our HOA Association Management Firm

We have had five different management companies in years So we know the difference between good, fair and Oh my gosh why did we ever OK this company?
With Tonya, EPIC, we have found a winner! She works with all our previous contractors, landscapers, pool company, bug control, lighting and has handled all licensing, banking and bid selectionsShe walks the property, meets with the contractors, checks for violations and keeps the board notified of everything she does Finally, we are finding out what board members do We usually did all of the aboveWe have no problems contacting her at any time For anyone who complains about EPIC, I have five management companies for them to try

Epic was a Epic mistake for our communityThe owner Tonya was nothing but rude to our owners! She lack professional behavior towards owners in person and in emailsShe was so horrible that she didn't even last a year as our management company because the owners were DONE with her lies and rudeness!

Epic Management is terrificThey handle all of our HOA needs in a timely mannerThey are always responsive to our every needWe have had several management companies in the past who just wanted to take and spend our money, not Epic, they are on top of it! If you're looking for a great management company to look after your Association look no further

Epic HAS been epic! Our board and community has only experienced the most professional services from Tonya and her company. She is knowledgeable and promotes educational opportunities for her board members. She is unbiased and treats all home owners, whether on the board or not, equally. It is very difficult to please EVERYONE in a community, but I feel as tho her approach is always for the betterment of the community. I have never been in a meeting where she has forced a decision on a board. She lays out the facts/options and lets the board and community make the decisions. We loved her management so much that when she left her prior management company we searched for months until we found her and hired her with Epic. I would definitely recommend her to other communities.

Epic is our HOA management company and we are extremely pleased with their performance. We have excellent, frequent, and clear communications. The board discusses our needs with Epic and provides clear direction and Epic, in turn, delivers great service. Epic always conducts themselves in a very professional manner toward the board and our homeowners. Most importantly, Epic has shown they always work in the homeowners association's best interest and are willing to make tough calls and take appropriate actions when needed. I expect their client base to be expanding as many HOA's need an attentive and dependable management company and Epic definitely meets these criteria!!

Epic became our Management Company last year. I ran for and was elected to the Board. I have been on many business boards over my career and I find Tonya to be very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. She goes out of her way to make homeowners feel welcome and explains why they were asked to appear before the Board. When extra time is needed to address a violation issue she works with the homeowner and Board to resolve it amicably. Our Association had poor management representation in the past, but since Epic has taken over, all issues are reviewed, assessed and resolved in a timely and fair manner. My assessment as a homeowner and Board member is that many, if not most homeowners, do not review the Rules and Regulations, CC&Rs and ARC requirements and do what they want to do to and with their property and community. When they receive a violation letter is the only time they pay attention to the documents and realize there is a Homeowners Association and they arrive worked up.

Our HOA had a previous management company who did not pay our taxes for two years! That and many, many other items were found to be deficient in the operations of the other company. Then, we received a recommendation to interview Epic Management (Tonya [redacted]) which we did - twice. We hired her immediately. We found her to be professional, caring and up-to-date on on all subjects dealing with an HOA. Personally and as President of our HOA, I find Tonya to be available in any circumstance, large or small. This board likes the fact that she doesn't mince words or try to equivocate, she tells it like it is - something we had not had before. We hope that she spends years "putting up with us and our learning" and we all grow old together. Thanks so much Tonya for you and your employees.
